Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Struktur Modal Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Struktur Modal Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2009-2012. Pada penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dalam BEI selama tahun 2009 sampai dengan 2012. Perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa : (1) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, (2) Risiko bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, (3) Pertumbuhan aset tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal, (4) Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap struktur modal, (5) Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap struktur modal, (6) Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors that influence capital structure and it’s influence toward firm’s value on manufacture companies listed on BEI period 2009-2012. The population in this study are all manufacture companies on BEI. By using purposive sampling, this research used 8 companies as the samples. Using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The result of this research indicated firm size and growth hasn’t influence to capital structure. While, business risk and manajerial ownership has positive influence to capital structure. Then profitability has negative influence to capital structure and capital structure also has negative influence to firm’s value.
