Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan fungsional APIP terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah di Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis deskriptif dan asosiatif karena adanya variabel-variabel yang akan ditelaah hubungannya serta tujuannya untuk menyajikan gambaran secara terstruktur, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta serta hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti, yaitu Pengaruh Pengawasan Fungsional APIP terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah di Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengawasan fungsional APIP di Inspektorat Kabupaten Banyumas dilihat dari terlaksananya pemeriksaan pada obyek pemeriksaan sebesar 133,3 persen masuk kategori sangat baik. Selain itu jumlah temuan hasil pemeriksaan yang sudah selesai ditindaklanjuti 87,6 persen yang masuk kategori baik. Kinerja pemerintah daerah dalam keseluruhan penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan adalah baik. Pengawasan fungsional APIP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Pengaruh antara pengawasan fungsional APIP dengan kinerja pemerintah daerah sebesar 0,681 atau 68,1 persen yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesesuaian antara pengawasan fungsional APIP dengan kinerja pemerintah daerah.

This study aims to determine the effect of APIP functional control of the performance of local government in Banyumas Inspectorate. This study uses a quantitative approach was descriptive and associative because of the variables that will be explored as well as its relationship to present an overview of the objective structured, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the relationship between the variables studied, the APIP Functional Effects of Control on Government Performance regional Inspectorate in Banyumas. Functional Control APIP in Banyumas Inspectorate seen from examination of the implementation of the inspection object by 133.3 percent in the category very well. In addition, the number of inspection findings actionable completed 87.6 percent are categorized as good. The overall performance of local governments in the implementation of government affairs is good. Functional control APIP has significant effect on the performance of local governments. Effect of the APIP with functional oversight of local government performance by 0,681 or 68.1 percent which indicates that there is a correspondence between the functional control of APIP with local government performance.
