Upaya dalam mewujudkan cita-cita reformasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah bangsa dan negara, Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Indonesia menetapkan ketetapan Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia Nomor V/MPR/2000 tentang Pemantapan dan Kesatuan Nasional menugasi Badan Perkerja Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia untuk merumuskan etika Kehidupan Berbangsa dan Visi Indonesia Masa Depan. Adapun dengan adanya rumusan Visi Indonesia Masa Depan maka di buatlah Tap MPR Nomor VII Tahun 2001 tentang Visi Indonesia Masa Depan dengan dibuatnya aturan tersebut diharapkan Negara Indonesia penyelenggaraan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara pada umumnya, dan pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi nasional untuk memantapkan kesatuan dan persatuan nasional pada khususnya, lebih berlandaskan pemahaman Visi Indonesia Masa Depan. adapun sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui identifikasi dan inventarisasi terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan dan buku kepustakaan, kemudian bahan hukum tersebut dianalisis dengan metode normatif kualitatif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa TAP MPR Nomor VII Tahun 2001 tentang Visi Indonesia Masa Depan, terdapat salah satu cita-cita untuk mewujudkan sistem politik yang Demokratis dan sistem tersebut ditargetkan dalam 2020 akan tercapai, tidak mudah memang untuk menjadikan masyarakat yang demokratis. Partai politik di negara ini juga semakin banyak hingga masyarakat harus lebih teliti dalam memilih pemimpian dan wakil rakyat sehingga bisa mencapai apa yang di cita-citakan oleh negara selama ini dan Sistem politik demokratis adalah sistem yang tepat bagi Negara Indonesia, karena masyarakat dan pemimpin saling bekaitan serta yang menjamin kemajuan negara adalah rakyat dan pemimpin itu sendiri, di dalam sistem demokratis terdapat hal yang berpengaruh yaitu pemisahan kekuasaan, pemilihan umum, faktor budaya politik dan kedaulatan rakyat. Di harapkan Negara Indonesia bisa tetap berkomitmen bahwa negara ini menganut sistem politik demokratis yang didukung oleh faktor politik, budaya, sistem politik dan kedaulatan rakyat sehingga pemerintahan bisa menjadi lebih baik bukan hanya mengejar kemimpinan dan kekuasaan semata karena masyarakat tidak semua mengetahui sistem politik yang berlaku pada saat ini di Negara Indonesia.

STUDY JURIDICAL CONStTITUTIONAL DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL SYSTEM BASED ON NUMBER MPR VII INDONESIA YEAR 2001 REGARDING FUTURE VISION

Efforts to realize the ideals of reform to resolve the problems of the nation and the state, the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly MPR decree establishes the Republic of Indonesia No. V/MPR/2000 on Stabilization and National Unity Workers' Agency assigns the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly to formulate ethical life of the nation and the Future Vision Indonesia. As with the formulation of the Future Vision Indonesia make it in the MPR No. VII of 2001 on the Future Vision Indonesia with the establishment of the rule of Indonesian state administration expected life of the nation in general, and implementation of national reconciliation to strengthen national unity, in particular, be based on the understanding of Indonesian Future Vision. This research used the approach of normative juridical by using the descriptive research specification, and the source of material law uses the material law of primary and secondary that have been collected through the identification and inventory to the the law regulation and literary book, and inventory to the the law regulation and literary book, then the material law is analyzed by using the method of qualitative normative.
Based on the results of research and discussion we concluded that MPR Decree No. VII of 2001 on the Future Vision Indonesia, there is one to realize the ideals of the democratic political system and the system is targeted to be achieved in 2020, it is not easy to make a democratic society. Political parties in the country are also more and more to the public should be more careful in choosing leaders and representatives of the people so they can achieve what is aspired by the state for democratic and political system is the right system for the State of Indonesia, because the people and leaders of interrelated and that ensures the progress of the country is the people and the leaders themselves, in a democratic system there are things that affect the separation of powers, elections, political and cultural factors sovereignty. State of Indonesia is expected to remain committed to that country is embracing democratic political system that is supported by political factors, cultural, political systems and people's sovereignty which the government could be a better leader and not just the pursuit of power simply because people do not all know the political system prevailing in currently in the State of Indonesia.
