ABSTRAKSI

Hubungan antara Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat kepada Pasien dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Poliklinik Orthopaedi Rumah Sakit Orthopaedi Purwokerto (RSOP)”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat besar hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat kepada pasien dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap di poliklinik orthopaedi Rumah Sakit Orthopaedi Purwokerto (RSOP). 
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif purposive sampling. Sasaran dalam  penelitian ini adalah  pasien rawat inap poliklinik orthopaedi RSOP yang menjalani rawat inap minimal selama 2 hari, dan diambil responden 30 orang sampel dari karakteristik yg telah ditentukan yaitu berupa jenis kelamin (laki-laki / perempuan), usia (16-55 tahun) dan strata ruang rawat inap (ruang kelas 1-3 serta ruang paviliun). Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, yang dibagikan kepada para pasien rawat inap tersebut.
Pengolahan data seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Menggunakan Rumus Korelasi Product Moment dengan menghasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,711 yang berarti Hubungan antara Komunikasi Terpeutik Perawat kepada Pasien dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Poliklinik Orthopaedi Rumah Sakit Orthopaedi Purwokerto (RSOP), kuat. Hasil perhitungan regresi menujukkan bahwa besarnya variabel komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap sebesar 50,6%.
Dari hasil uji t-test didapat thitung 5,350 sedangkan harga ttabel 2,042. Dengan demikian Ha (Hipotesis Kerja) yang menyatakan Terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat kepada pasien dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat inap Poliklinik Orthopaedi Rumah Sakit Orthopaedi Purwokerto (RSOP), diterima.
Perawat perlu mempertahankan sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi terapeutik yang berpengaruh pada kesembuhan pasien dan tingkat kepuasan pasien, khususnya pasien rawat inap di poliklinik orthopaedi RSOP.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted in October 2013 . The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between nurse’s therapeutic communication to the patient with inpatient satisfaction in Orthopedic Clinic Orthopedic Hospital (RSOP). 
This study was conducted using quantitative. The target in this study were inpatients clinic RSOP who is hospitalized for at least 2 days , and 30 respondents drawn from the characteristics of the samples has been determined in the form of gender (male / female), age (16-55 years) and inpatient unit strata (1-3 classroom and pavilion space). Measuring instrument in this study using a questionnaire, which was distributed to the hospitalized patients. Data processing such as test validity, reliability test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis in this study using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Using the Product Moment Correlation formula produces a correlation coefficient of 0.711 which means the relationship between nurse’s therapeutic communication to patient satisfaction with inpatient at Orthopedic Clinic Orthopedic Hospital ( RSOP ), is strong. The results of the regression calculation showed that the magnitude of the variable nurse’s therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction rate of 50,6%.
From the t-test results obtained while the price of t 5.350 then t table 2.042. Thus Ha (Working Hypothesis) stating. There is a relationship between nurse’s therapeutic communication with patient to patient satisfaction levels Orthopedic Clinic Orthopedic Hospital (RSOP), is accepted.
Nurses need to maintain communication while enhancing the quality of the therapeutic effect on the patient's recovery and the level of patient satisfaction, especially in the inpatient orthopedic clinic RSOP.
