HUBUNGAN ANTARA AKTIVITAS FISIK SEHARI-HARI DENGAN KUALITAS TIDUR LANSIA DI KELOMPOK POSYANDU LANSIA HARAPAN II KELURAHAN PABUWARAN Didi Irawan1 Rahmi Setiyani2 Fajar Tri Asih3 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Dengan bertambahnya usia, masalah tidur sering dialami lansia. Lansia dianjurkan mempertahankan olah raga dan aktivitas fisik untuk mempertahankan kesehatannya. Keletihan yang terjadi setelah melakukan aktivitas akan menimbulkan seseorang cepat tertidur. Namun yang sering terjadi individu yang beranjak lanjut usia menjadi kurang aktif. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara aktivitas fisik sehari-hari dengan kualitas tidur lansia di kelompok Posyandu Lansia Harapan II Kelurahan Pabuwaran. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel adalah lansia di kelompok Posyandu Lansia Harapan II Kelurahan Pabuwaran sebanyak 98 orang. Aktivitas fisik dinilai menggunakan kuesioner 24 jam recall aktivitas fisik. Semakin tinggi skor berarti semakin berat aktivitas fisiknya. Sementara itu kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan kuesioner PSQI yang telah dimodifikasi. Semakin tinggi skor berarti semakin buruk kualitas tidurnya. Hasil : Responden pada penelitian ini rata-rata berumur 64.41 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan (57.1%), tidak bekerja (84.7%), aktivitas fisik rata-rata 1.62, dan skor PSQI 8.78. Hasil uji statistik Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara skor aktivitas fisik dan skor PSQI (r=0.659, p=0.000). Hasil analisis Anova menunjukkan perbedaan skor PSQI yang signifikan antara kelompok lansia yang memiliki tingkat aktivitas sangat ringan, ringan, sedang, dan berat (p=0.000). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas fisik sehari-hari dengan kualitas tidur lansia. Semakin berat aktivitas lansia maka semakin buruk kualitas tidurnya. Seniors are encouraged to do some sports and engage in physical activities to maintain their health. Physical activities will help individual sleep better. However, individuals become less active as they age. Objective: This research aims to examine the correlation between daily physical activity and sleep quality among elderly in Harapan II Elderly Health Center group, Pabuwaran Village. Methods: This is a descriptive analytics study with cross-sectional design. Ninety eight elderly in Harapan II Elderly Health Center group were selected to be participant. Physical activity was measured using 24-hour recall questionnaire. A higher score means higher level of physical activity level. Quality of sleep was measured using a modified PSQI questionnaire. A higher score means worse quality of sleep. Results : The mean age of respondents was 64.41 years old, the number of female respondent was slightly higher than male respondent (57.1%), and most of them were unemployed (84.7%). The average score of physical activity and PSQI of the respondents were 1.62, and 8.78 respectively. Analysis using Pearson Product Moment showed a significant positive relationship between physical activity score and PSQI score (r = 0.659, p = 0.000). Furthermore, the Anova demonstrated a significant differences in PSQI scores among four groups of elderly with different level of activities (p = 0.000). Conclusion: There is a correlation between daily physical activity and sleep quality of elderly. Higher intensity of physical activity correlates to poorer quality of sleep among elderly.
