Penelitian ini berjudul “PROSES KOMUNIKASI PADA BIDANG KESEHATAN PROGRAM POS PEMBERDAYAAN KELUARGA (POSDAYA) DI DESA WANAKARSA, KECAMATAN WANADADI, KABUPATEN BANJARNEGARA”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: proses komunikasi dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam Bidang Kesehatan Program Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga (Posdaya) di Desa Wanakarsa, Kecamatan Wanadadi, Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman serta validitas data diuji dengan triangulasi sumber.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa proses komunikasi yang berlangsung dalam Bidang Kesehatan Posdaya di Desa Wanakarsa adalah proses komunikasi secara primer yaitu proses komunikasi secara langsung melalui proses komunikasi kelompok dan proses komunikasi antarpribadi. Proses komunikasi kelompok dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, dan proses komunikasi antarpribadi dilakukan dengan kunjungan langsung kader ke rumah warga untuk proses sharing. Tujuan dari adanya proses penyuluhan dan sharing adalah untuk merubah pola pikir dan pola perilaku masyarakat Wanakarsa untuk lebih sehat serta untuk mengetahui permasalahan kesehatan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat.
Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya: keyakinan agama yang terlalu kuat, tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat ekonomi serta pendanaan yang kurang memadai. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian, dapat diajukan saran sebagai berikut: perlu meningkatkan cara efektif untuk menarik masyarakat yang pasif dan bagi kader yang kurang aktif perlu ditingkatkan keaktifannya dan bagi masyarakat sebaiknya lebih terbuka dengan program-program kesehatan yang ditawarkan.

This study was entitled "PROCESS COMMUNICATION IN HEALTH FAMILY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM POS (POSDAYA) IN WANAKARSA VILLAGE, WANADADI SUBDISTRICT, BANJARNEGARA DISTRICT". Purpose of this study was to determine: the communication process and the obstacles encountered in Health Affairs Post Family Empowerment Program (Posdaya) in Wanakarsa Village, Wanadadi Subdistrict, Banjarnegara District. The method used is descriptive qualitative research methods, with the selection of informants purposive sampling techniques. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis model that is used is interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman and validity of the data was tested by triangulation.
Based on the research results that the communication process that takes place within the Health Sector in Rural Wanakarsa Posdaya is the primary communication process which is a process of communication directly through the process of group communication and interpersonal communication process. The process of group communication is done through education and socialization, and interpersonal communication process is done by personal visits to the homes cadres for sharing the process. The purpose of the process of counseling and sharing is to change the mindset and Wanakarsa behavior patterns for healthier communities as well as to determine the health problems faced by society.
The constraints faced by them: religious beliefs are too strong, the level of education and economic levels, and inadequate funding. Based on the discussion of the results of the study, the following suggestions can be put forward: need to increase the effective way to attract the public for passive and active cadre less activeness needs to be improved and for the people should be more open with the health programs offered.
