Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Askes (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, kepuasan kerja maupun komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Askes (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto. 
Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan jumlah keseluruhan karyawan tetap                  PT. Askes (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto, maka dapat diketahui bahwa jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 responden. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Mengacu pada hasil analisis PLS, diperoleh nilai              t hitung untuk hubungan kausal antara komunikasi dengan kepuasan kerja, nilai t hitung untuk hubungan kausal antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi dan nilai             t hitung untuk hubungan kausal antara komunikasi maupun komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan masing-masing lebih besar dari nilai t tabel.  Sedangkan nilai t hitung untuk hubungan kausal antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel. Dengan demikian, maka hipotesis pertama, kedua, ketiga dan hipotesis kelima dapat diterima, sedangkan hipotesis keempat dalam penelitian ini ditolak.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, selanjutnya komunikasi maupun komitmen organisasasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Askes (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto.  
Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, maka dapat diimplikasikan bahwa sebagai upaya untuk terus meningkatkan kepuasan kerja para karyawannya, pihak manajemen PT. Askes Cabang Purwokerto perlu memperhatikan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi karyawan dalam organisasi, sebagai upaya untuk terus meningkatkan komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi, pihak manajemen PT. Askes Cabang Purwokerto perlu memperhatikan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja dan sebagai upaya untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya, pihak manajemen PT. Askes Cabang Purwokerto perlu memperhatikan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi, kepuasan kerja maupun komitmen organisasi.

This research is entitled “The Effect of Communication, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employees Job Performance at Branch Office of  PT. Askes (Persero) in Purwokerto”. The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the effect of communication on job satisfaction, to find out and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and so to find out and to analyze the effect of communication, job satisfaction as well as organizational commitment on employees job performance at Branch Office of PT. Askes (Persero) in Purwokerto. 
The method of research is survey with sampling technique uses non probability sampling by saturation sampling. Based on the total employees of PT. Askes (Persero), Branch Office in Purwokerto as target population, it is known that sample size of this research is 45 respondents. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis that used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Refers to the PLS analysis results, it has got that t statistic value of the causal relationship between communication and job satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and the t statistic value of the causal relationship between communication as well as organizational commitment and employees job performance each is greater than the value of t table.  While, the t statistic value of the causal relationship between job satisfaction and job performance is smaller than the t table value. Therefore, the first, second, third and fifth hypotheses are accepted, while the fourth hypothesis is rejected. 
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that communication has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and so communication as well as organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on job performance, while job satisfaction has positive but no significant effect on employees job performance of PT. Askes (Persero), Branch Office in Purwokerto.
Based on the conclusions, it can be implied that as an effort to improve the employees job satisfaction, the management of PT. Askes (Persero), Branch Office in Purwokerto need to pay attention on the communication policy, as an effort to improve the employees commitment on the organization, the management of PT. Askes (Persero), Branch Office in Purwokerto need to pay attention on job performance policy and as an effort to improve the employees job performance, the management of PT. Askes (Persero), Branch Office in Purwokerto need to pay attention on communication, job satisfaction as well as organizational commitment policy.
