Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Pendidikan (RSGMP) Universitas Jenderal Soedirman menggunakan sistem informasi rumah sakit untuk menjalankan bisnis organisasinya agar pelayanan terhadap pasien dapat maksimal. Beberapa layanan pasien seperti registasi, penyebaran informasi, dapat memanfaatkan teknologi SMS gateway sehingga transaksi pasien dapat lebih cepat, mudah dan efisien. Teknologi sms gateway juga memungkinkan pasien untuk mengetahui jadwal dokter dan tagihan pengobatan pasien dengan cara mengirimkan sms menggunakan format tertentu ke sistem. Sistem Informasi Layanan Pasien (SILAP) berbasis SMS gateway di desain dan dikembangkan agar pasien dapat melakukan registrasi, mengetahui jadwal dokter, mengetahui biaya pengobatan dan penyebaran informasi oleh petugas rumah sakit untuk pasien atau karyawan rumah sakit melalui sms.

Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Pendidikan (RSGMP) Jenderal Soedirman University using hospital information system in order to run a bussiness organization. Some services such as registrastion of patients, dissesmintion of information, can utilize sms gateway technology so that patients can more transactions quickly, easily and efficiently. Sms gateway technology also allows the patient to know the doctor's schedule and find out about medical bills of patients with a way to send sms using a specific format to the system. Patient Care Information System (SILAP) based SMS gateway is designed and developed so that patients can register, know the schedule of the doctor, find out medical bills, and the dissemination of information by the hospital staff to patients or hospital employees via sms.
