THE INFLUENCE OF STANDARD COST IMPLEMENTATION TO COMPANY PERFORMANCE IN MINA RASA SNACK BUSINESS

Penelitian ini berjudul “ The Influence Standard Cost Implementation to Company Performance in Mina Rasa Snack Business”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengaruh penerapan biaya standar di Perusahaan Mina Rasa dan mengetahui pengaruh penerapan biaya standar terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel penelitian pada UKM Mina Rasa. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier regresi sederhana dengan uji t. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penerapan biaya produksi yang sesungguhnya saat ini lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan biaya standar, sehingga dapat diartikan penerapan biaya produksi standar di UKM Mina Rasa sudah efektif. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana dapat diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan biaya standar terhadap laba. Hal ini menunjukkan efektifitas penerapan biaya standar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

This research was entitled “The Influence Standard Cost Implementation to Company Performance in Mina Rasa Snack Business”. The aim of this research was to finding out the implementation of standard cost effectiveness in Mina Rasa Company and finding out the standard cost influence on the company performance. This research used the cooperatives sample in SMEs snacks Mina Rasa. The sampling technique method used was interview documentation. The data analyses used were simple linear regression and t test. The result showed that the application of actual production cost is less than the standard cost, so the application of standard production costs in Mina Rasa Company is effective. Meanwhile, The simple linear regression analysis shows a significant effect of standard costs application on profits. This shows the effectiveness of standard costs application is significantly influence the company’s performance.
