RINGKASAN

Penelitian Ini Berjudul “Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor-Faktor Produksi Industri Kecil Gula Kelapa Cetak Di Desa Kemawi Kecamatan Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor produksi bahan baku (nira), jumlah pohon kelapa, lama bekerja (jam kerja) dan faktor yang mempengaruhi lama usaha, kepemilikan pohon dan umur pengrajin secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap produksi industri kecil gula kelapa cetak di Desa Kemawi Kecamatan Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas dan efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi.
Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Fungsi Cobb-Douglas, Uji asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik, Uji dan Efisiensi Alokatif
Hasil penelitiian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama faktor produksi bahan baku (nira), jumlah pohon kelapa dan lama bekerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi gula kelapa cetak. Namum secara parsial hanya bahan baku (nira) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah produksi gula kelapa cetak, sedangkan jumlah pohon kelapa dan lama bekerja (jam kerja) tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan faktor yang mempengaruhi lama usaha, kepemilikan pohon dan umur pengrajin menunjukkan secara bersama-sama dan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil perhitungan efisiensi harga faktor produksi variabel bahan baku (nira), jumlah pohon kelapa dan lama bekerja penggunaannya sudah efisien.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengrajin gula kelapa cetak di Desa Kemawi Kecamatan Somagede Kabupaten Banyumas sebaiknya mampu meningkatkan faktor produksi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi industri kecil gula kelapa cetak yaitu dengan mengadakan pelatihan kepada pengrajin gula kelapa cetak agar keterampilan pengrajin lebih kreatif dan bekerja sama dengan pemerintah.

SUMMARY

This research is entitled “The Efficiency of the Use of Production Factors in Small scale Industries Producing Palm Sugar inKemawi Village, Somagede District,Banyumas Regency”.This research aims to analyze the influences of production factors, such as raw material (sap), the number of coconut tree, work hours and factors influencing the industry survival, tree ownership system and maker age partially or simultaneously to thepalm sugar production of small scale industriesin Kemawi village, Somagede district, Banyumas regencyand tothe efficiency of the use of production factors.
Questioner was used for data collection. Cobb-Douglas function, classic assumption test, statistic test, and allocativetest and efficiency were used to analyze the data. 
The result shows thatsimultaneously, raw material (sap), the number of coconut tree, work hours significantly influence the production of palm sugar.Meanwhile, partially, only raw material (sap) influences significantly to the production of palm sugar; the number of coconut tree and work hours do not influence significantly to the production of palm sugar. On the other hand, partially and simultaneously, tree ownership system, maker age, and factors influencing the industry survival do not have significant influence.  The calculation result shows thatraw material (sap)worth efficiency, the number of coconut tree and work hourshave been efficient. 
The implication of this research is palm sugar makers in Kemawi village, Somagede district, Banyumas regencyhave to increase the production factors and factors influencing the industry survival by holding trainings in order to upgrade the makers’ creativity in molding palm sugar and to have corporation with local goverment.
