ANALISIS PENGARUH MANAJEMEN MODAL KERJA, STRUKTUR MODAL DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP KINERJA PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen modal kerja, struktur modal dan likuiditas terhadap kinerja pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009-2011. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, penelitian ini menggunakan 22 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda, untuk menganalisis data digunakan SPSS statistic 16.0 dengan kesimpulan : (1) WCT mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap return on assets, (2) ITO tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on assets, (3) RTO berpengaruh positif terhadap return on assets, (4) DER tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on assets, (5) CR memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap return on assets.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the working capital management, capital structure and liquidity toperformancesin property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009 until 2011. By using purposive sampling, this research used 22 companies as the samples. This study used multiple regression analysis as the method an based on the result of research which used SPSS statistic 16.0 as the tool to analyze data, the conclusions were as follows : (1) WCT had the positive effect on return on assets, (2) ITO had no effect on return on assets, (3) RTO had the positif effect on return on assets, (4) debt to equity ratio had no effect on return on assets, (5) current ratio had the negative effect on return on assets.
