Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Pedesaan (PUAP) adalah bagian dari pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri (PNPM-M) melalui bantuan modal usaha dalam menumbuhkembangkan usaha agribisnis sesuai dengan potensi pertanian desa sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan Program PUAP di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes, 2) Mengetahui peningkatan dana bergulir Program PUAP di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Variabel yang diamati meliputi hasil produksi (produk), biaya produksi, harga jual produk, penerimaan, pendapatan bersih, tingkat pertumbuhan dan efektivitas.  Analisis efektivitas program pengembangan usaha agribisnis pedesaan (PUAP) menggunakan analisis pendapatan, R/C ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio). Peningkatan dana bergulir PUAP dianalisis menggunakan analisis ARIMA. Hasil  analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan Program PUAP di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes sudah efektif, 2) Dana bergulir Program PUAP di Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes mengalami peningkatan.

Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) is part of the implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM-M) with the help of venture capital in developing agribusiness in accordance with the agricultural potential of the target villages. This study aims to: 1). Examine the effectiveness of the implementation of the program in the Village Banjarsari PUAP Bantarkawung Brebes district, 2). Knowing PUAP improvement revolving fund program in the Village District Banjarsari Bantarkawung Brebes. The research method used was a survey method. Variables observed were the result of production (products), production costs, selling prices, revenues, net income, growth rate and effectiveness. Analysis of the effectiveness of rural agribusiness development program (PUAP) using analysis of revenue, R / C ratio (Revenue Cost Ratio). Improvement revolving fund PUAP analyzed using ARIMA analysis. The results showed that 1). Implementation of the program in the Village Banjarsari PUAP District Bantarkawung Brebes is effective, 2). PUAP revolving fund program in the Village District Banjarsari Bantarkawung Brebes increased.
