PENGARUH APLIKASI FORMULA CAIR Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN KOPI ARABIKA (Coffea arabica L.) MUDA

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi formula cair Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 dan mengetahui frekuensi aplikasi formula cair Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 yang efektif terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kopi Arabika muda, serta untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian formula cair Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 dibandingkan fungisida sistemik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan Perhutani petak 32 di Desa Karangsalam, kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Analisis PGPR dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian dimulai bulan Oktober 2012 sampai dengan Maret 2013. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk rancangan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Jumlah perlakuan ada 6 dan diulang 5 kali sehingga jumlah seluruh unit percobaan ada 30 petak. Perlakuannya meliputi: kontrol (tanpa pemberian Bio P60), Penyiraman Bio P60 di tanah sebanyak 20-50ml dengan satu kali siraman setiap tanaman, Penyemprotan Bio P60 di permukaan bawah daun dengan frekuensi penyemprotan 3 kali, Penyemprotan Bio P60 di permukaan bawah daun dengan frekuensi penyemprotan 5 kali, Penyemprotan Bio P60 di permukaan bawah daun dengan frekuensi penyemprotan 7 kali, dan Penyemprotan fungisida sintetis Dithane M-45. Variabel yang diamati adalah: penambahan tinggi tanaman, penambahan jumlah daun, penambahan diameter batang, penambahan jumlah cabang, luas daun, saat berbunga, tebal daun, tebal epidermis atas, tebal epidermis bawah, tebal, palisade, populasi mikroba, dan pH tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi formula cair Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 (Bio P60) belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman, ketebalan daun, dan pH tanah. Pemberian Bio P60 hanya dapat meningkatkan populasi mikroba tanah pada frekuensi penyemprotan 3 kali dibandingkan dengan fungisida sintetis.

The research was aimed to determine the effects of application liquid formula of Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 and for determine the frequency of application of liquid formula of Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 which effective for the the Arabica coffee plant growth, and 3) determining the effectiveness granting liquid formula of Pseudomonas fluorescens P60 compared with synthetic fungicide. The research was conducted in land owned by Perhutani block 32 in Karangsalam village, Baturraden subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. PGPR analyzed in the Laboratory of Plant Protection Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The research was conducted from October 2012 to March 2013. The methods used is experimental methods with the form of design was Randomized Blok Design (RBD. The number of treatment there were 6 treatments and 5 replications so the number of all experiment unit there are 30 plot. The treatments include: control (without giving of Bio P60), pouring Bio P60 the land as much as 20-50 ml with a spray each plant, Spraying Bio P60 on the under surface of the leaves with frequency spraying as much as 3 times, Spraying Bio P60 on the under surface of the leaves with frequency spraying as much as 5 times, Spraying Bio P60 on the under surface of the leaves with frequency spraying as much as 7 times, and spraying a synthetic fungicide Dithane M-45. Variable observed were: the addition of plant heiger, the number addition of the number of leaves, the addition of the diameter of stemp, the adition of the number of branches, leaves width, flowering time, leaves thick, upper epidermis thick, lower epidermis thick, palisade thick, microbial population, and soil pH. The application of Bio P60 could only increase the soil microbe populations at the frequency of spraying 3 times compared with a synthetic fungicides.
