PENGARUH SILASE COMPLETE FEED BERBASIS LIMBAH RAMI DENGAN SUMBER PROTEIN BERBEDA TERHADAP KONSUMSI PAKAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN KAMBING BETINA PERANAKAN ETTAWA LEPAS SAPIH

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat konsumsi pakan dan PBBH kambing Ettawa betina lepas sapih dengan sumber protein berbeda yang berbasis limbah rami. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 20 ekor kambing betina. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode experimental, dirancang menggunakan rancangan dasar Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), Perlakuan terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, yaitu CF0N = complete feed sumber protein nabati tanpa ensilase, CF0H = complete feed sumber protein hewani tanpa ensilase, CF1N = complete feed sumber protein nabati dengan ensilase dan CF1H = complete feed sumber protein hewani dengan ensilase. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan harian. Data dianalisis dengan analisis kovariansi dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT (beda nyata terkecil). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan harian. Rataan konsumsi pakan perlakuan CF0N =747,16 ± 83,16 gram perlakuan CF0H =795,47 ± 173,46 gram perlakuan CF1N = 650,65 ± 110,41 gram dan perlakuan CF1H =566,86 ± 102,05 gram. Rataan pertambahan bobot badan harian perlakuan CF0N=0,24 ± 0,05 kg perlakuan CF0H=0,36 ± 0,17 kg perlakuan CF1N= 0,07 ± 0,03 kg dan perlakuan CF1H=0,17 ± 0,12 kg. Kesimpulan penelitian Perlakuan silase complete feed terbukti mengganggu konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan harian. Perlakuan sumber protein asal hewani lebih baik dibanding sumber protein asal nabati. pada cempe betina lepas sapih

This research aimed find out the level of consumption and average daily gain of female Ettawa Goat after weaning with difference sources of protein that was based on the jute waste. The materials in the research were 20 female goats. The research was conducted by using the method of experimental, it was designed by using the basic of Completely Random Design (RAL), the treatments consisted of 4 treatments with 5 replication namely CF0N = complete feed consisted of fresh forage and vegetable source of protein, CF0H = complete feed consisted of ensilaged forage and animal source of protein, CF1N = complete feed as vegetable source protein with ensilage and CF1H = complete feed as the animal protein source with ensilage. The variables that were consumption and average daily gain. The data were analyzed of covariance and continued with the test of Least significant differences (LSD). The results of the research showed that the treatment gave the significant effect (P<0.05) on the consumption of the increasing of daily body weight. The averages of consumption were CF0N = 747.16 ± 83.16 gr, CF0H = 795.47 ± 173.46 gr, CF1N = 650.65 ± 110.41 gr, and CF1H = 566.86 ± 102.05 gr. The increasing average of daily body weight of treatment CF0N = 0.24±0.05 kg, CF0H = 0.36±0.17 kg, CF1N = 0.07 ± 0.03 kg and CF1H = 0.17 ± 0.12 kg. The conclusion of the research of the treatment of silage complete feed is that the silage can disturb the consumption and average daily gain. animal protein source is better that the vegetable protein source in the female goat after weaning.
