The results showed coaching, social support and role models were positively related to job satisfaction, this study also showed that coaching, social support, role models and job satisfaction were positively related to performance. The Mentoring of Ministry of International Affairs puts attention on coaching variable, social Support, and modeling role well because they affect the job satisfaction and the performance of employees significantly. The job satisfaction of employees is also needed to be considered because it affects the employee’s performance in the Mentoring of Ministry of International Affairs
