Indonesia menempati urutan pertama dalam jumlah penderita DBD di Asia Tenggara. Berbagai Program yang telah dilakukan dalam rangka menurunkan kasus DBD yaitu larvasiding, PSN dan pengasapan (fogging fokus). Fogging fokus yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas secara teknis belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi dengan ovitrap. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keberhasilan fogging fokus berdasarkan Indeks Ovitrap terhadap penurunan vektor Aedes sp. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksprimental dengan desain One group pre-test – post-test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 300 rumah dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 73 rumah. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil uji bivariat menyatakan ada perbedaan indeks ovitrap antara sebelum dan sesudah fogging fokus siklus pertama di Desa Kebanggan dan Kelurahan Kober, Ada perbedaan indeks ovitrap sesudah fogging fokus siklus pertama dan kedua, ada perbedaan indeks ovitrap sebelum dan sesudah fogging fokus siklus kedua. Fogging fokus yang dilaksanakan efektif menurunkan indeks ovitrap di desa kebanggan dan Kelurahan Kober. Meningkatnya Indeks Ovitrap di Desa Kebanggan sebagai Desa sporadis DBD, diharapkan untuk selalu waspada terhadap resiko penularan DBD.

Indonesia is the first rate of the DHF in the South of Asia. Several program were done to go down DHF case are larvasiding, Eradication of Mosquito Breeding and fogging fokus. Fogging fokus was held by The Health Department Of Banyumas was techinically has not been evaluated by the ovitrap. The purpose of this research was to knew the fogging fokus succesfull based on indexs ovitrap of vector’s descend Aedes aegypti. The type of this research is the quasi experimental by the one group pre test- pos test design. The population of this research were 300 house in the village of Kebanggan and Kober, thus obtained samples as much as 73. the bivariat analyze used wilcoxon test. The result bivariat test, there were difference between before and after of fogging fokus in the first siklus in Kebanggan and Kober. There are a difference of indexs ovitrap before and after fogging fokus in the first siklus and second siclus. There are indexs ovitrap before and after fogging fokus in the second siklus. Fogging fokus is held effective to go down of indexs ovitrap in the Kebanggan and Kober. Ovitrap index increased in the village of village pride as sporadic Dengue, are expected to always be alert to the risk of Dengue transmission.
