Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kekerasan fisik apa yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai Tindak Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga pada Putusan Nomor :50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt. dan untuk mengetahui pembuktian terhadap kekerasan fisik terhadap isteri pada Putusan Nomor : 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt.. Metode pendekatan yang dipakai adalah yuridis normative atau legal research, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan konsepsi legistis positivistis. Konsep ini mengungkapkan, bahwa hokum identik dengan norma-norma tertulis yang dibuat dan diundangkan oleh lembaga atau pejabat negara yang berwenang. Konsep ini, hokum melihat sebagai system normatif yang bersifat otonom, tertutup dan terlepas dari kehidupan masyarakat. Spesifikasi Penelitian yang digunakana dalah Preskriptif yaitu ilmu hokum mempelajari tujuan hukum, nilai-nilai keadilan, validitas aturan hukum, konsep-konsep hukum, dan norma-norma hukum. Sebagai ilmu terapan ilmu hukum menetapkan standar prosedur, ketentuan-ketentuan, rambu-rambu dalam melaksanakan aturan hukum. Bahan Hukum yang digunakan adalah bahan hokum sekunder yang bersumber dari peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku literatur, doktrin, dan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan serta kajian pustaka, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kekerasan fisik yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga pada putusan Nomor : 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt adalah Kekerasan fisik, berupa pemukulan yang dilakukan oleh terdakwa dengan menggunakan kayu. Serta Kekerasan psikologis / emosional, bahwa perbuatan terdakwa sudah dilakukan berulang-ulang.
Pembuktian kekerasan fisik terhadap isteri pada Putusan Nomor : 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt, berupa keterangan saksi korban, bahwa Terdakwa yang emosi menampar mulut saksi Susanti sebanyak 1 (satu) kali dan Terdakwa juga mencekik lehersaksi Susanti. Serta terdakwa mengambil 1 (satu) potong kayu ukuran 70 cm x 2,5 cm x 1 cm dan memukulkan kearah kepala Saksi Susanti sebanyak 2 (dua) kali hingga kayu tersebut patah. Serta keterangan saksi ahli dokter pada rumah sakit umum DKT, menerangkan dengan Visum et Repertumtanggal 15 Juni 2011 yang ditandatangani oleh dr. Tangguh Budi Prasetyo, dokter pada Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Akibat perbuatan Terdakwa, saksi Susanti mengalami luka-luka dan terhalang untuk melakukan aktifitas sehari-hari untuk sementara waktu.

Research purposes to determine the forms of physical violence what can be categorized as Domestic Violence on Decision Number: 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt. and to know the evidence against physical violence against wives in Decision Number: 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt .. Methods used approach is normative juridical or legal research, the approach uses legistis positivistic conception. This concept reveals, that the law is identical to the written norms are created and promulgated by agencies or officials of the state. This concept, see the law as a normative system of autonomous, closed and regardless of people's lives. Specifications digunakana dalah Prescriptive Research is the science studying law legal purposes, the values of justice, the validity of the rule of law, legal concepts and legal norms. As an applied science of jurisprudence set the standard procedures, provisions, guidelines in implementing the rule of law. Legal materials used are secondary legal materials sourced from legislation, literature books, doctrine, and documents relating to research
Based on the results of research and discussion as well as the literature review, it can be concluded that the forms of physical violence that can be categorized as a crime of domestic violence on Decision Number: 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt is physical violence, such as beatings made by the defendant with using wood. Violence as well as psychological / emotional, that the defendant has done repeatedly.
Proof of physical violence against wives in Decision Number: 50/Pid.Sus/2011/PN.Pwt, a victim-witness testimony, that defendant slapped the mouth of witnesses Susanti emotions as much as 1 (one) time and the defendant also strangle lehersaksi Susanti. As well as the defendant took one (1) piece of wood the size of 70 cm x 2.5 cm x 1 cm and banged heads towards Susanti Witness 2 (two) times until the wood broke. As well as expert witness testimony at a public hospital doctors DKT, explained by Visum et Repertumtanggal June 15, 2011, signed by dr. Tough Budi Prasetyo, a doctor at the Hospital Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. The defendant inflicted, witnesses Susanti injured and hindered to perform daily activities for a while.
