RESPON PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN SELADA (Lactuca sativa L) TERHADAP BEBERAPA KONSENTRASI URIN MANUSIA YANG DIFERMENTASI

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.) terhadap perbedaan fermentasi pupuk urin manusia, mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.) terhadap perbedaan konsentrasi pupuk urin manusia, dan mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.) terhadap interaksi antara perbedaan fermentasi dan konsentrasi pupuk urin manusia. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji kontras orthogonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemberian pupuk urin berpengaruh nyata terhadap beberapa variabel tanaman, diantaranya tinggi tanaman, warna daun, dan jumlah daun. Konsentrasi 25% urin memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman, dan konsentrasi 75% urin memberikan hasil terbaik pada jumlah daun.

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of plant growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) against the difference fermented human urine fertilizer, study the response of plant growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) to the difference in concentration of human urine fertilizer, and study the response of growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) on the interaction between the different fermentation and the concentration of human urine fertilizer.The eksperiment design using a completely randomized design (CRD). The data obtained were analyzed using orthogonal contrasts. The results showed that the urine fertilizer treatments significantly affected plant some variables, such as plant height, leaf color, and leaf number. Urine concentration of 25% gave the best results for plant height, and urine concentrations of 75% gives the best results on the number of leaves.
