Keputusan Menjual Atau Memproses Lebih Lanjut Telur Itik Berdasar Informasi Akuntansi Diferensial (Studi Kasus Pada Kelompok Tani Ternak Itik "Bebek Umbaran" Desa Negarayu Kecamatan Tonjong Kabupaten Brebes)

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus pada Kelompok Tani Ternak Itik (KTTI) “Bebek Umbaran” Desa Negarayu Kecamatan Tonjong Kabupaten Brebes dengan judul “Keputusan Menjual Atau Memproses Lebih Lanjut Telur Itik Berdasar Informasi Akuntansi Diferensial”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis informasi akuntansi diferensial yang dibutuhkan dalam pengambilan keputusan menjual atau memproses lebih lanjut telur itik. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis informasi akuntansi diferensial berupa analisis biaya diferensial dan analisis pendapatan diferensial dengan pendekatan tradisional. Hasil analisis informasi akuntansi diferensial menunjukkan bahwa alternatif menjual telur itik atau memproses lebih lanjut menjadi bibit menghasilkan keputusan untuk memproses lebih lanjut menjadi bibit itik dan juga alternatif menjual telur itik atau memproses lebih lanjut menjadi telur asin menghasilkan keputusan untuk memproses lebih lanjut menjadi telur asin. Salah satu implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah keputusan pemilihan memproses lebih lanjut menjadi bibit itik secara melembaga dapat menjadi pengembangan usaha sebagai duck breeding center yang dapat meningkatkan permintaan DOD dari berbagai wilayah.

This research is the case study at “Bebek Umbaran” duck farmer group in Negarayu, Tonjong Subdistrict Brebes on titled “Decision to Sell Or Further Process the Duck Egg by Differential Accounting Information Basis”. The aim of this research was to analyze the differential accounting information applied for decision-making to sell or further process the duck egg. The method in this research were used differential costs and revenues analysis with traditional approaches. The results of this study showed that the best alternative sell or further process duck eggs were alternative way to produce day-old-ducks (DOD). One of implication this research was decision-making for producing DOD so that can be as duck breeding center that can complete the demands of DOD and improve the business.
