PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Banyumas) Oleh: Dodi Sigit Khoeruddin , Wartiyah , Eling Purwanto Jati e-mail:classjan_dody@yahoo.com Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Abstract The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the effect of organizational culture on job motivation, job satisfaction and job performance. To find out and to analyze the effect of motivation on job satisfaction and job performance, and so to find out and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employees job performance of PDAM in Banyumas Regency. The method of research is survey with method of analysis isPartial Least Square (PLS). Based on the PLS analysis results, it has got the t statistic value of organizational culture on job motivation, job satisfaction nor job performance each is greater than the value oft table. The t statistic value of job motivation on job performance also greater than the t tablevalue. While, the t statistic value ofmotivation on job satisfaction as well as the t statistic value of job satisfaction on job performance each is smaller than thet tablevalue. Therefore, the first, second, fourth and fifth hypotheses are accepted, while the third and sixth hypotheses are rejected. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that organizational culture has positive and significant effect on job motivation, job satisfaction and job performance. Job motivation has no positive significant effect on job satisfaction, job motivation has positive and significant effect on job, while job satisfaction has no positive significant effect on employees job performance of PDAM in Banyumas Regency.
