Pengendalian kualitas merupakan faktor penting untuk kelangsungan produksi perusahaan. Dengan pengendalian kualitas yang baik, maka baik pula daya saing terhadap perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan produk carica pada bulan Oktober 2012 apakah masih berada dalam batas pengawasan kualitas atau tidak serta untuk membandingkan rata-rata tingkat kerusakan produk carica dengan standar kerusakan produk yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah :
1.	Tingkat kerusakan produk carica kemasan cup plastik 250 gram UD. Yuasafood Krasak Wonosobo dengan diagram kontrol P-Chart masih berada dalam batas pengendalian kualitas.
2.	Rata-rata tingkat kerusakan produk yang terjadi lebih kecil dari standar kerusakan yang ditetapkan oleh UD. Yuasafood Krasak Wonosobo.
Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat kerusakan produk masih berada dalam batas pengendalian kualitas atau tidak yaitu dengan menggunakan P-Chart sedangkan untuk mengetahui apakah rata-rata tingkat kerusakan produk yang terjadi dengan standar kerusakan produk yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan digunakan uji proporsi.
Dengan menggunakan analisis ¬P-Chart dapat diketahui produksi yang dihasilkan perusahaan terdapat produksi yang out of control karena melewati batas pengendalian yang sudah ditentukan atau tidak. Berdasarkan perhitungan selama masa observasi dapat diketahui dengan analisis P-Chart bahwa rata-rata tingkat kerusakan produk masih berada dalam batas pengendalian kualitas dengan rata-rata kerusakan sebesar 0,69% batas atas pengendalian atau Upper Control Limit (UCL) sebesar 2,12% dan batas bawah pengendalian atau  Lower control Limit (LCL) sebesar 0% walaupun hari ke-5 melampaui batas atas pengendalian.
Berdasarkan uji proporsi, maka akan diketahui apakah tingkat kerusakan produk yang terjadi lebih kecil atau tidak terhadap kerusakan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan UD. Yuasafood sehingga hasil analisisnya menyatakan bahwa rata-rata tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi lebih kecil dari tingkat kerusakan yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan.

Quality control is an important factor for the continuity of the production company. With control of quality is good, then good did the competitiveness against similar companies. The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the damage the product in October 2012 carica is still within the limits of quality control or not as well as to compare the average level of damage to the product with the standard product damage carica which has been established by the company. 
The hypothesis in this study are: 
1.	the level of damage to the packaging plastic products carica cup 250 gram UD. Yuasafood with diagram of the Krasak Wonosobo P-Chart control are still within the limits of quality control. 
2.	the average rate of product damage that occurred is smaller than the standard damage defined by UD. Yuasafood Krasak Wonosobo. 
Methods of analysis used for the find out if the product failure rate remained within the limits of quality control or not by using the P-Chart and to find out if the average level of damage that occurs with standard products damage to products that have been determined by the company used test of proportions. By using the P-Chart analysis can be known production company production are generated that is out of control because the control limits are determined or not. Based on the calculations for the duration of observation can be known with the P-Chart analysis that the average level of damage to the product is still within the limits of quality control with an average damage of 0,69% upper limit or Upper control Limit (UCL) Control of 2.12% and lower limit or control the Lower control Limit (LCL) of 0% even though the day 5 upper control limit. Based on the proportion of trials, it will be known whether the level of damage to the product going smaller or not against damage set forth by company UD. Yuasafood so the results its analysis reveals that the average level of damage that occurs is smaller than the degree of damage as determined by the company.
