Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val) dan sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees) dalam pakan terhadap bobot hati, pankreas dan empedu broiler. Materi yang digunakan adalah DOC ayam broiler sebanyak 80 ekor dengan strain Loghman “platinum” dari CV Multibreeder 202 dan bahan pakan dedak, jagung, bungkil kedele, tepung ikan, CaCo3, minyak sayur, tepung kunyit dan sambiloto. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan  4 perlakuan, setiap perlakuan diulang 5 kali dan setiap 1 unit perlakuan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam. Perlakuan R0 = Pakan Basal, R1 = Pakan Basal + 0,5% Tepung kunyit dan 0,5% tepung sambiloto, R2 = Pakan Basal + 1% Tepung kunyit dan 1% tepung sambiloto, R3 = Pakan Basal + 1,5% Tepung kunyit dan 1,5% tepung sambiloto. Peubah  respon yang diamati adalah bobot hati, pankreas dan empedu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung kunyit dan sambiloto berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap bobot hati, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0.05) terhadap bobot pankreas dan empedu broiler. Rataan bobot hati R0 = 30,98 gram, R1 = 23,00 gram, R2 = 30,98 gram, R3 = 15,90 gram. Rataan bobot pankreas R0 = 3,56 gram, R1 = 3,18 gram, R2 = 3,76 gram, R3 = 2,74 gram . Rataan bobot empedu R0 = 1,84 gram, R1 = 1,72 gram, R2 = 1,68 gram, R3 = 1,56 gram. Kesimpulan bahwa penambahan tepung kunyit 1% dan sambiloto 1% dalam pakan ayam memberikan bobot hati yang baik, sedangkan bobot pankreas dan empedu masih relatif sama.

This research aims to evaluating the influence of the provision of turmeric ( Curcuma domestica Val ) and sambiloto ( Andrographis paniculata Nees ) flour in ration on  the liver weight, pancreas and bile of broiler . The materials were 80 DOC of broiler’s loghman “platinum” from CV Multibreeder 202 and ration ingredients bran, corn, soybean oilcake, CaCo3, vegetable oil, turmerik powder and sambiloto. The Experimental design used was Completely Randomsed Design (CRD) with 4 treatments, each treatment was repeated 5 times and every 1 unit treatment consisted of 4 chickens. Treatments of R0= Basal feed,  R1= Basal feed + 0.5% turmeric and 0.5 sambiloto, R2= Basal feed + 1% turmeric and 1% sambiloto, and R3= Basal feed + 1.5% Turmeric, and 1.5% Sambiloto. There were 5 replication for each treatment. The measured variables were the liver weight, pancreas and bile. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance followed by honestly difference test. The results showed that the addition of turmeric and sambiloto flour significantly (P<0.05) on the weight of liver, but the effect was not significant (P>0.05) on the weight of pancreas and bile a broiler’s. The average weight of liver R0 30,98 gram, R1 23,00 gram, R2 30,98 gram, R3 15,90 gram. The average weight of pancreas R0 3,56 gram, R1 3,18 gram, R2 3,76 gram, R3 2,74 gram. The average weight of bile R0 1,84 gram, R1 1,72 gram, R2 1,68 gram, R3 1,56 gram. Conclusion that conclusion that the addition of 1% turmeric powder and sambiloto 1% in ration broilers give weight a kind liver, whereas the weight of pancreas and bile are still the same.
