PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk.Pabrik Cilacap

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap, dengan judul: “Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap”. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruhkomunikasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa:Komunikasi organisasiberpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, komitmen normatif dan kinerja karayawan, semakin tinggikomunikasi organisasisemakin tinggi komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, komitmen normatif dan kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.Kepuasan kerja intrinsikberpengaruh positifterhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, komitmen normatif dan kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja intrinsik semakin tinggi komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, komitmen normatif dan kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.Kepuasan kerja ekstrinsik berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan,komitmen normatif dan kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja ekstrinsik, semakin tinggi komitmen afektif, komitmen kontinuan, komitmen normatif dan kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.Komitmen afektifberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan,semakin tinggi komitmen afektif semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.Komitmenkontinuan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi komitmen kontinuan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.Komitmen normatif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi komitmen normatif semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.Berdasarkan kesimpulan, dimana komitmen kontinuan terbukti mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan, maka PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacapperlu mengkaji lebih dalam atau mendesain ulang kebijakan-kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan komitmen kontinuan. Disamping itu perlu mempertahankan dan jika perlu meningkatkan komunikasi, kepuasan ekstrinsik, kepuasan intrinsik karyawan, komitmen afektif dan normatif karena variabel ini terbukti mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Pabrik Cilacap.

The research was conducted at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap, with the title: “The Effect of Organizational Communication, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Against Employee Performance PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap “. Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication, intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction organizational commitment and performance of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap. The analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).From the results of research and data analysis concluded that:Organizational communication positive influence affective commitment, continuants commitment, normative commitment and performance karayawan, the higher the higher the organizational communication affective commitment, continuants commitment, normative commitment and performance of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap. Job satisfaction is intrinsic positive effect on affective commitment, continuants commitment, normative commitment and employee performance, the higher the intrinsic job satisfaction higher affective commitment, continuants commitment, normative commitment and performance of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap. Extrinsic job satisfaction positive effect on affective commitment, continuants commitment, normative commitment and employee performance, higher extrinsic job satisfaction, higher affective commitment, continuants commitment, normative commitment and performance of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap. Affective commitment positively influence the performance of employees, the higher the performance the higher affective commitment of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap. Commitment continuants positive influence on the performance of employees, the higher the commitment continuants higher performance of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap. Normative commitment positively influence the performance of employees, the higher the performance the higher normative commitment of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap.Based on the conclusions, which have proven commitment continuants ang dominant influence on the performance of its employees, then the PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap need to examine more deeply or redesigning the policies relation in this case is related to normative commitment. Dasamping it needs to maintain and where necessary improve organizational communication, intrinsic satisfaction, employee intrinsic satisfaction, affective commitment and continuants because these variables proved to have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. Factory Cilacap.
