CV. Siwarak Sentosa Sejahtera merupakan industri kecil menengah yang bergerak di bidang agroindustri pengolahan koktail nanas. Perusahaan masih menghadapi permasalahan rantai pasok berupa ketidakstabilan ketersediaan bahan baku, keterlambatan pengiriman, dan ketidaksesuaian jumlah produk yang diterima pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi rantai pasok, mengukur kinerja atribut Reliability, dan menyusun usulan perbaikan menggunakan Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard (SCOR DS) Racetrack. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan Engage, Define, Analyze, dan Plan dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa RL.3.2 Delivery Quantity Accuracy to the Customer memperoleh nilai 96,52% dengan gap 3,48%, sedangkan RL.3.3 Customer Commit Date Achievement memperoleh nilai 93,91% dengan gap 6,09%. Analisis 5 Why menghasilkan empat usulan proyek perbaikan, yaitu Improve Sales and Operations Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Supply Chain Optimization, dan Distribution Planning. Berdasarkan Project Prioritization, Improve Sales and Operations Planning dan Supply Chain Optimization menjadi prioritas perbaikan karena termasuk kategori Quick Wins.

CV. Siwarak Sentosa Sejahtera is a small-to-medium-sized enterprise (SME) operating in the agro-industry sector, specializing in the processing of pineapple cocktails. The company continues to face supply chain challenges, including unstable availability of raw materials, delivery delays, and discrepancies in the quantities of products received by customers. This study aims to identify the state of the supply chain, measure the performance of the Reliability attribute, and formulate improvement proposals using the Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard (SCOR DS) Racetrack. The research was conducted through the Engage, Define, Analyze, and Plan phases, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The measurement results show that RL.3.2 Delivery Quantity Accuracy to the Customer scored 96.52% with a gap of 3.48%, while RL.3.3 Customer Commit Date Achievement scored 93.91% with a gap of 6.09%. The 5 Whys analysis resulted in four proposed improvement projects: Improve Sales and Operations Planning, Supplier Collaboration, Supply Chain Optimization, and Distribution Planning. Based on Project Prioritization, Improve Sales and Operations Planning and Supply Chain Optimization were identified as top priorities for improvement because they fall under the “Quick Wins” category.
