PENGARUH SWITCHING COST, TARIF, FASILITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP INTENTION TO SWITCH (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Pelanggan Indosat Di Fakultas Ekonomi Unsoed)

The general objective of this study was to determine the effect of variable switching cost, rates, quality products and service facilities to the intention to switch.The method used ot collect data was all primary,as collected through personal interveiw in the form of questionnaire to 97 sample ussing a purposive sampling method.To prove the hypothesis of this research,a multiple linear regression and classic assumption test is applied. The result of this research shows that switching cost, rates,service facilities and quality products have effect to the intention to switch.
