Penelitian ini berjudul analisis pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga pekerja kerajinan bambu Desa Kemutug Kidul, Kecamatan Baturaden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, untuk mengetahui hubungan hasil produksi, lama kerja, dan usia dengan upah pekerja kerajinan bambu. Kedua,  mengetahui hubungan produktivitas industri dengan upah pekerja kerajinan bambu. Ketiga, mengetahui hubungan produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan upah pekerja kerajinan bambu. Keempat, untuk mengetahui konstribusi pendapatan pekerja kerajinan bambu terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Kelima, untuk mengetahui pendapatan rumah tangga terhadap pemenuhan pengeluaran rumah tangga. Keenam, untuk  mengetahui pemenuhan kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL) yang di lihat dari tingkat pendapatan pekerja kerajinan bambu di Desa Kemutug Kidul Kecamatan Baturaden Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 60 responden yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. 
Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis tabulasi silang dan uji Chi Square serta uji korelasi untuk mengetahui hubungan dua variabel. PMP untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan dari kerajinan bambu terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. APC untuk mengetahui pendapatan rumah tangga terhadap pemenuhan pengeluaran rumah tangga pekerja kerajinan bambu. Kesejahteraan dihitung dengan membandingkan pendapatan perkapita dengan KHL Banyumas 2012.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil produksi, lama kerja, usia, dan produktivitas tenaga kerja berhubungan dengan upah pekerja kerajinan bambu sedangkan produktivitas industri tidak berhubungan dengan upah pekerja kerajianan bambu. Secara keseluruhan pendapatan pekerja dari industri bambu di Desa Kemutug Kidul, Kecamatan Baturaden, Kabupaten Banyumas memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga, dan sudah dapat memenuhi pengeluaran rumah tangga, namun pendapatan pekerja rata-rata belum dapat memenuhi nilai Kebutuhan Hidup Layak (KHL) Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2012.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pekerja kerajinan bambu harus menghemat pengeluaran dan mengupayakan tabungan yang mungkin dapat digunakan pada waktu-waktu tertentu dan  pekerja kerajinan bambu diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas sebaiknya ikut mempromosikan hasil kerajinan bambu agar kerajinan bambu dapat lebih dikenal oleh masayarakat luas sehingga dapat memperluas pemasaran sampai ke luar negeri yang nantinya akan dapat menambah jumlah permintaan kerajianan  bambu dari konsumen.

The titled of this research is analysis of income and consumption of bamboo craft industry’s workers in Kemutug Kidul Village, Baturaden Sub District, Banyumas Regency. The aims of this research are first, to find out correlation of productivity rate, working hours, and workers’ age to the wage of bamboo craft workers. Second, to find out correlation of the productivity of industry to the wage of bamboo craft workers. Third, to find out correlation of workers’ productivity to the wage of bamboo craft workers. Forth, to find out contribution of bamboo craft workers income to their household income. Fifth, to find out correlation of household income to fulfillment of household consumption. Sixth, to find out fulfillment of expedient life’s needs (KHL) based on income rate of bamboo craft workers in Kemutug Kidul village, Baturraden sub district, Banyumas regency. The samples of the research are 60 respondents taken by using Slovin formula.
The method of data analysis is cross tabulation analysis, Chi Square test, and correlation rest to find out the correlation of two variables. PMP is applied to find out the contribution of bamboo craft income to household income. APC is applied to find out correlation of household income to household consumption fulfillment of bamboo craft workers. The prosperity is calculated by comparing per capita income and Banyumas KHL in the period 2012.
The results of the research indicate that productivity rate, working hours, and workers’ age have a correlation to the wage of bamboo craft workers, while the productivity of industry do not have a correlation to the wage of bamboo craft workers. Overall, the income of bamboo craft company’s workers in Kemutug Kidul village, Baturraden sub district, Banyumas regency has a great contribution to household income and is able to fulfill the household consumption. However, the average of workers’ income has not been able to fulfill KHL of Banyumas regency in the period 2012.
The implication of the research is that the workers should cut down on their consumptions and attempt to save their money to overcome unpredictable needs. Moreover, the workers are expected to improve their productivity rate. Local government of Banyumas regency should participate in promoting bamboo craft to people around; therefore, its marketing can possibly be expanded overseas which can increase bamboo craft demand from costumers.
