Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) mempunyai peranan yang krusial untuk menjalankan roda perekonomian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance (GGC), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), return on asset (ROA), dan current ratio (CR) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah 27 perusahaan BUMN dengan 135 laporan keuangan tahunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini mengambil 25 sampel perusahaan dengan 125 laporan keuangan yang dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan pengujian statistik dengan SPSS.
Penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa (1) Good Corporate Governance (GGC) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023.  Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023.  Total Asset Turnover (TATO) berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023.  Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023.

State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) have a crucial role in running the economy in Indonesia. This study was conducted to examine the effect of good corporate governance (GGC), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), return on assets (ROA), and current ratio (CR) on stock prices in BUMN companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 27 BUMN companies with 135 annual financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period using a purposive sampling technique, this study took 25 company samples with 125 financial reports which were further analyzed using statistical testing with SPSS. 
The study concluded that (1) Good Corporate Governance (GGC) does not have a positive effect on stock prices in BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on stock prices in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a negative effect on stock prices in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Return On Asset (ROA) has a positive effect on stock prices in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. Current Ratio (CR) does not have a positive effect on stock prices in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period.
