Permasalahan gizi peserta didik di Indonesia berdampak pada kesehatan dan konsentrasi belajar, sehingga pemerintah melaksanakan Program Makan Bergizi (MBG) sebagai upaya menyediakan gizi yang merata dan berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan program dapat dilihat dari kesesuaian terlaksananya kebijakan tujuan, terutama pada aspek cakupan sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Makan Bergizi (MBG) di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Banyumas, Badan Gizi Nasional Banyumas, SPPG Beji 1 Kedungbanteng, serta pihak sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program belum sepenuhnya optimal, namun secara umum telah berjalan cukup baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan kebijakan, khususnya dalam pemerataan sasaran. Penerapan program masih menghadapi kendala pada pemahaman tujuan, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, serta sistem pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang belum maksimal.

Nutritional problems among students in Indonesia have an impact on their health and concentration in learning, prompting the government to implement the Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) in an effort to provide equitable and sustainable nutrition. The success of the program can be seen from the suitability of the implementation of the policy objectives, especially in terms of coverage of the target group. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the Nutritious Meal Program Nutrition Program (MBG) at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The research used a qualitative method with purposive sampling techniques, involving Commission IV of the Banyumas Regency DPRD, the Banyumas National Nutrition Agency, SPPG Beji 1 Kedungbanteng, and the school. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation, which were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the program has not been fully optimized, but in general, it has been running quite well and in accordance with policy objectives, particularly in terms of target distribution. The implementation of the program still faces obstacles in understanding the objectives, limitations of human resources, and an implementation and monitoring system that is not yet optimal.
