HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI MAHASISWA TENTANG PERAN DAN FUNGSI DOSEN PEMBIMBING AKADEMIK DENGAN PELAKSANAAN BIMBINGAN AKADEMIK DI JURUSAN KEPERAWATAN Nabila Rafa Candrakasih, Made Sumarwati, Hasby Pri Choiruna Latar Belakang: Peran Dosen Pembimbing Akademik (DPA) sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan studi mahasiswa, terutama melalui pelaksanaan bimbingan akademik. Persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran dan fungsi DPA masih beragam sehingga perlu dikaji untuk melihat kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan bimbingan dan harapan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan persepsi mahasiswa tentang peran dan fungsi dosen pembimbing akademik dengan pelaksanaan bimbingan akademik di Jurusan Keperawatan. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif analitik korelasional dengan studi cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 238 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman. Penelitian dilakukan di Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan September hingga Desember 2025. Hasil Penelitian: Karakteristik usia responden memiliki nilai median 20, sebagian besar adalah perempuan sebanyak 210 (88,24%), angkatan 2023 sebanyak 85 (35,71%). Mayoritas responden memiliki persepsi tentang peran dan fungsi dosen pembimbing akademik kategori sangat baik sebanyak 114 (47,90%) dan pelaksanaan bimbingan akademik kategori cukup sebanyak 112 (47,06%). Hasil analisis uji Spearman diperoleh nilai p value <0,001 dan r= 0,609 sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang peran dan fungsi dosen pembimbing akademik dengan pelaksanaan bimbingan akademik di Jurusan Keperawatan. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi mahasiswa tentang peran dan fungsi dosen pembimbing akademik dengan pelaksanaan bimbingan akademik di Jurusan Keperawatan. ABSTRACT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STUDENTS' PERCEPTION OF THE ROLE AND FUNCTION OF ACADEMIC SUPERVISOR LECTURERS AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ACADEMIC SUPERVISION IN THE NURSING DEPARTMENT Nabila Rafa Candrakasih, Made Sumarwati, Hasby Pri Choiruna Background: The role of the Academic Advisor is crucial in supporting student academic success, particularly through the implementation of academic guidance. Student perceptions of the role and function of AD are still varied, requiring further study to determine the alignment between the implementation of guidance and student expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between student perceptions of the role and function of academic advisors and the implementation of academic guidance in the nursing department. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative, correlational analytical research design with a cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 238 participants, drawn using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis used the Spearman test. The research was conducted at the Nursing Department of Jenderal Soedirman University from September to December 2025. Research Result: The median age characteristics of the participants were 20, with 210 (88.24%) being the majority of females, and 85 (35.71%) from the class of 2023. The majority of participants had a perception of the role and function of academic advisors in the very good category 114 (47.90%) and the implementation of academic guidance in the sufficient category 112 (47.06%). The results of the Spearman test analysis obtained a p value <0.001 and r = 0.609, indicating a significant relationship between student perceptions of the role and function of academic advisors and the implementation of academic guidance in the nursing department. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between students' perceptions of the role and function of academic supervisors and the implementation of academic guidance in the nursing department.
