Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri Kedondong Kecamatan Sokaraja Kabupaten Banyumas

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SD Negeri Kedondong, Banyumas, sebagai upaya menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, sehat, dan inklusif sesuai Permen PPPA Nomor 8 Tahun 2014. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model Ripley dan Franklin, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan pelaksanaan SRA berjalan melalui keterlibatan aktor internal sekolah dan dukungan insidental dari OPD, ditandai penerapan nilai ramah anak dan integrasi program seperti PJAS. Hambatan masih muncul pada koordinasi lintas instansi, keterbatasan sarana inklusif dan pendanaan, pemahaman guru yang belum merata, serta belum tersedianya pendamping bagi ABK. Temuan ini mencerminkan komitmen sekolah menuju budaya ramah anak, namun memerlukan penguatan kelembagaan, dukungan pendamping ABK, dan peningkatan kapasitas guru.

This study analyzes the implementation of the Child-Friendly School (CFS) Program at SD Negeri Kedondong, Banyumas, as an effort to create a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment in accordance with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Regulation No. 8 of 2014. Using a qualitative descriptive method based on the Ripley and Franklin policy implementation model, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of SRA operates through the involvement of internal school actors and incidental support from related local government agencies (OPD), marked by the application of child-friendly values and the integration of programs such as PJAS. Challenges persist in cross-agency coordination, limited inclusive facilities and funding, uneven teacher understanding, and the absence of assistants for students with special needs (ABK). These findings reflect the school’s commitment to building a child-friendly culture, yet require institutional strengthening, support for ABK assistants, and capacity building for teachers.
