Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dukungan manajemen sebagai variabel moderasi. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas adalah seberapa besar pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai, serta apakah kehadiran dukungan manajemen mampu memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan (DJPb) Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan melibatkan 58 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda serta analisis interaksi moderasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penggunaan aplikasi seperti SPAN, SAKTI, dan sebagainya mendukung efisiensi, kecepatan, dan ketepatan dalam penyelesaian tugas. Namun, dukungan manajemen tidak terbukti memoderasi secara signifikan hubungan antara pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh teknologi terhadap kinerja tidak bergantung pada ada atau tidaknya dukungan dari manajemen. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan implementasi teknologi dalam lingkungan kerja lebih ditentukan oleh integrasi sistem kerja daripada intervensi struktural.
Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya keselarasan strategi organisasi dengan implementasi teknologi. Organisasi disarankan tidak hanya menyediakan alat dan sistem teknologi, tetapi juga mengoptimalkan penggunaannya melalui prosedur kerja yang jelas dan lingkungan kerja yang adaptif. Meskipun dukungan manajemen tetap memiliki peran, dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kinerja tidak langsung jika teknologi sudah menjadi bagian dari rutinitas kerja pegawai. Secara teoritis, hasil ini mendukung pandangan bahwa efektivitas sistem berasal dari integrasi fungsional, bukan semata dari dukungan hierarkis. Oleh karena itu, strategi organisasi ke depan perlu diarahkan pada penguatan penerapan teknologi secara operasional untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to examine the influence of information technology utilization on employee performance, with management support as a moderating variable. The main issue addressed is how effectively the use of information technology enhances employee productivity, and whether the presence of managerial support can strengthen this relationship. The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) in Central Java Province, involving 58 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderation analysis with SPSS version 25.
The results indicate that the utilization of information technology has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The use of applications such as SPAN, SAKTI, and MONSAKTI supports efficiency, speed, and accuracy in completing tasks. However, management support did not significantly moderate the relationship between information technology utilization and employee performance. This suggests that the influence of technology on performance is not dependent on the presence or absence of managerial support. Thus, the successful application of technology in the workplace may rely more on procedural integration than on structural reinforcement.
The implications of this study emphasize the importance of aligning organizational strategies with technological implementation. Organizations are encouraged to not only ensure the availability of technological tools but also optimize their use through clear standard operating procedures and adaptive work environments. Although managerial support remains valuable, it may not directly enhance performance outcomes when technological tools are already embedded in daily operations. Theoretically, these findings support the view that system effectiveness stems from functional integration rather than hierarchical endorsement. Therefore, future strategies should focus on streamlining the application of technology to maintain and improve organizational performance.
