ANALISIS BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS PADA UMKM FOOD & BEVERAGE DI KOTA BEKASI (STUDI KASUS PADA UMKM WBJ-MKN)

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian berupa pengelola serta konsumen UMKM WBJ-MKN. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menganalisis sekaligus merumuskan pengembangan model bisnis dengan mengacu pada kerangka Business Model Canvas (BMC). Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis terhadap model awal, analisis SWOT, serta pengembangan model bisnis dengan mengacu pada kerangka Business Model Canvas (BMC). Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh dari ketiga teknik tersebut diintegrasikan, dianalisis, dan dipilih sesuai kebutuhan penelitian. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode validasi berupa triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa UMKM WBJ-MKN perlu melakukan pengembangan pada sembilan elemen Business Model Canvas (BMC). Pada aspek customer segment, diperlukan inovasi produk yang lebih modern namun tetap mempertahankan nuansa tradisional agar mampu menarik minat generasi muda. Pada elemen value proposition, harga produk tetap dijaga agar kompetitif meskipun terjadi kenaikan harga bahan baku. Pada elemen channels, pemanfaatan media sosial perlu dioptimalkan sebagai sarana promosi. Pada aspek customer relationship, penting untuk terus menjaga kedekatan dengan pelanggan. Untuk revenue stream, diperlukan penambahan variasi produk. Pada elemen key activities, UMKM disarankan menyusun standar operasional (SOP) serta mengimplementasikan sistem digital dalam pengelolaan keuangan. Pada aspek key resources, perlu dilakukan pengurusan sertifikasi halal dari BPOM. Sementara itu, pada key partnerships, disarankan merancang konsep kemitraan atau franchise. Terakhir, dalam elemen cost structure, pengelolaan keuangan harus dilakukan dengan cara mengelompokkan pengeluaran berdasarkan prioritas kebutuhan.

This study uses a qualitative approach with research subjects in the form of managers and consumers of WBJ-MKN MSMEs. The main focus of the research is to analyze and formulate the development of business models by referring to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. This research was carried out through several stages, namely analysis of the initial model, SWOT analysis, and business model development with reference to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. Research data were collected using interview, documentation, and observation methods. Furthermore, the data obtained from the three techniques were integrated, analyzed, and selected according to the needs of the research. To ensure the validity of the data, this study uses a validation method in the form of source triangulation. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is concluded that MSMEs wbj-mkn need to develop the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). In the aspect of the customer segment, more modern product innovations are needed while maintaining traditional nuances to be able to attract the interest of the younger generation. In the value proposition element, product prices are maintained to be competitive despite the increase in raw material prices. In the channel element, the use of social media needs to be optimized as a means of promotion. In the aspect of customer relations, it is important to continue to maintain closeness with customers. For revenue streams, it is necessary to add a variety of products. In the key activities element, MSMEs are advised to prepare operational standards (SOPs) and implement digital systems in financial management. In the aspect of key resources, it is necessary to manage halal certification from BPOM. Meanwhile, in key partnerships, it is recommended to design a partnership or franchise concept. Finally, in the cost structure element, financial management must be done by grouping expenses based on priority needs.
