Artikel ini ini berjudul “Buku Panduan Berbahasa Mandarin Untuk Meningkatkan Pelayanan di Hotel Java Heritage Purwokerto”. Latar belakang artikel ini adalah karena tidak adanya media informasi berbahasa Mandarin di Hotel Java Heritage Purwokerto. Artikel bertujuan menghasilkan buku panduan berbahasa Mandarin untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di Hotel Java Heritage Purwokerto. Buku panduan ini berfungsi sebagai sumber informasi yang lengkap mencakup informasi pelayanan hotel, jenis gedung, dan fasilitas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode studi pustaka, metode jelajah internet. Penulis menerjemahkan buku panduan menggunakan metode penerjemahan komunikatif. Hasil artikel ini adalah buku panduan berbahasa Mandarin yang akan tersedia pada meja resepsionis Hotel Java Heritage.

This article is entitled "A Mandarin Guidebook to Improve Service at the Java Heritage Hotel in Purwokerto." The background of this article is due to the lack of Mandarin-language information at the Java Heritage Hotel in Purwokerto. The article aims to produce a Mandarin-language guidebook to improve service at the Java Heritage Hotel in Purwokerto. This guidebook serves as a comprehensive source of information covering hotel services, building types, and facilities. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, library research, and internet browsing. The author translated the guidebook using the communicative translation method. The result of this article is a Mandarin-language guidebook that will be available at the reception desk of the Java Heritage Hotel.
