KAJIAN TEPUNG BERAGAM BERAS SEBAGAI MEDIUM PERBANYAKAN TRICHODERMA HARZIANUM T10 UNTUK MENGENDALIKAN COLLETOTRICHUM SP. PADA PASCAPANEN BUAH CABAI MERAH

Penyakit antraknosa oleh patogen Colletotrichum sp. dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan 50-100% pada buah cabai merah. Pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan adalah penggunaan Trichoderma harzianum T10 yang dapat diaplikasikan ke buah cabai merah melalui formulasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas formulasi T. harzianum T10 berbagai medium tepung beragam beras (putih, merah, hitam dan ketan) untuk mengendalikan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai merah. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) untuk metode eksperimen yang dilaksanakan di dalam laboratorium. Isolasi Colletotrichum sp. dilakukan, pembuatan formula cair T. harzianum T10 tepung beragam beras (putih, merah, hitam, dan ketan) serta PDB sebagai kontrol. Buah cabai steril disemprot dengan formula cair tepung beragam beras kemudian diinokulasikan Colletotrichum sp. Variabel yang diamati adalah kepadatan konidium, masa inkubasi, luas infeksi, indeks sampah, dan kadar gula. Hasil dari pengukuran formula cair pada medium tepung beragam beras didapatkan bahwa perbanyakan T. harzianum T10 paling efektif dalam medium tepung beras hitam dengan kepadatan tertinggi yakni sebesar 11,85x105 CFU/mL atau 78,19 % lebih besar jika dibandingkan kontrol. Perlakuan formula T. harzianum T10 dalam medium tepung beras hitam juga efektif dalam menekan masa inkubasi Colletotrichum sp. hingga 60 % dan menurunkan indeks sampah 39,24 % dan memiliki kadar gula 20,71% lebih rendah dibandingkan kontrol. Aplikasi formula T. harzianum T10 medium tepung beras hitam, beras ketan, beras merah, beras putih, dan PDB mampu menurunkan luas infeksi Colletotrichum sp. masing-masing sebesar 27,10, 18,96, 13,5, 12,93, dan 12,93 % dibandingkan kontrol.

Anthracnose disease by the pathogen Colletotrichum sp. can cause 50-100% damage to red chilli. An environmental safety control is the use of Trichoderma harzianum T10 which can be applied to red chilli fruit through the formulation. The purpose of the research was to determine the effectiveness of T. harzianum T10 formulations in various rice flour mediums, namely white rice, brown rice, black rice and glutinous rice to control anthracnose disease on red chilli fruit. The study used a completely randomised design (CRD) for the experimental method carried out in the laboratory. Starting with the isolation of Colletotrichum sp., making liquid formula of 7 harzianum T10 flour of various rice (white, red, black, and glutinous rice) and PDB as control. Sterile chilli fruits were sprayed with the liquid formula of various rice flour and then inoculated with Colletotrichum sp. Variables measured were conidium density. incubation period, infection aren, waste index, and sugar content. Data were analysed with ANOVA 5% then Tukey HSD 5% further test if there were significant differences. The results of the measurement of the liquid formula on the medium of diverse rice flour found that the propagation of T harzianum T10 was most effective in black rice flour medium with the highest density of 11.85x10 CFU/mL or 78.19% greater than the control. The treatment of T harzianum T10 formula in black rice flour medium was also effective in reducing the incubation period of Colletotrichum sp. by 60% and reducing the waste index by 39.24% by 39.24% also has the lowest sugar content as 20.71% than the control. The application of T. harzianum T10 formula in the flour mediums of black rice, glutinous rice, brown rice, white rice, and PDB was able to reduce the area of Colletotrichum sp. infection by 27.10, 18.96, 13:5, 12.93, and 12.93% respectively compared to the control
