GEOLOGI DAN KESTABILAN LERENG BERDASARKAN SIFAT FISIK & MEKANIKA TANAH SERTA GEOLISTRIK RESISTIVITAS DAERAH KALISALAK, KECAMATAN KEBASEN, KABUPATEN BANYUMAS, PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Penelitian di Desa Kalisalak, Kecamatan Kebasen, Banyumas, Jawa Tengah bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi geologi, sifat fisik dan mekanika tanah, serta kondisi bawah permukaan menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas. Daerah ini memiliki geomorfologi perbukitan aliran lava (V14) dan dataran denudasional (D5), dengan stratigrafi berupa batulempung, batupasir, lava basalt, dan breksi piroklastik dari kala Miosen Tengah–Akhir. Struktur tektonik dominan berarah barat daya–timur laut. Hasil pengujian tanah menunjukkan jenis lempung anorganik berplastisitas menengah dan gradasi halus. Berat isi tanah rata-rata 5,1 kN/m³ (basah) dan 3,24 kN/m³ (kering). Mekanika tanah menunjukkan kohesi 3,78–5,9 kPa dan sudut geser dalam 24,02°–25,10°. Hasil analisis stabilitas lereng menunjukkan FK 1,05–1,5, menandakan lereng cukup stabil namun rawan terganggu. Geolistrik mengindikasikan lapisan batulempung dan batupasir, dengan lapisan atas berupa soil terdampak gerakan tanah.

The research conducted in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java aimed to identify geological conditions, physical and mechanical properties of the soil, and subsurface conditions using the resistivity geoelectrical method. The area consists of lava flow hill geomorphology (V14) and denudational plains (D5), with stratigraphy including claystone, sandstone, basaltic lava, and pyroclastic breccia from the Middle to Late Miocene. The dominant tectonic structure trends southwest–northeast. Soil testing revealed inorganic clay with medium plasticity and fine grain gradation. The average unit weight of the soil is 5.1 kN/m³ (wet) and 3.24 kN/m³ (dry). Mechanical properties showed cohesion ranging from 3.78 to 5.9 kPa and internal friction angles between 24.02° and 25.10°. Slope stability analysis using Geostudio indicated safety factors (FK) of 1.05–1.5, suggesting relatively stable slopes that are still vulnerable to disturbance. Geoelectrical results indicated claystone and sandstone layers, with the uppermost layer interpreted as soil affected by ground movement.
