Proses penyebaran inovasi pembangunan di Indonesia masih menggunakan pendekatan kelompok sebagai dasar pijakan penyebaran kepada masyarakat. Kelompok ini bernama KUBE (Kelompok Usaha Bersama). Jaringan komunikasi antar anggota dalam KUBE ini memunculkan pola komunikasi tertentu yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat yang ada di daerah tersebut untuk mengadopsi suatu inovasi terbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis jaringan komunikasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner dengan model pertanyaan sosiometrik, checklist atau daftar centang, dan sedikit pedoman wawancara dan pengamatan (observasi) terhadap responden di KUBE Saribumi Desa Bojong Kecamatan Mrebet Kabupaten Purbalingga.
Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan Pola atau struktur jaringan komunikasi
antara anggota kelompok yang terbentuk dalam proses difusi inovasi gula semut
pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Saribumi di Desa Bojong Kec. Mrebet
Kab. Purbalingga bersifat terbuka dengan sistem radial dan Struktur semua
saluran dimana terdapat 5 klik dalam jaringan komunikasi tersebut, antara klik
yang satu dengan yang lain saling terhubung terus menerus.Dari hasil penelitian
dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola interaksi jaringan komunikasi yang terbuka antara
anggota kelompok yang terbentuk dalam proses difusi inovasi gula semut pada
Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Saribumi di Desa Bojong Kec. Mrebet Kab.
Purbalingga membuat proses penyebaran informasi dan penerapan inovasi lebih
efektif. Peran-peran yang terbentuk dari struktur jaringan komunikasi tersebut
juga mempengaruhi pergerakan jaringan sehingga setiap opinion leader bisa
saling mempengaruhi anggota lainnya tanpa terkait dengan kliknya sendiri.
Pergerakan yang terbuka ini menyebabkan informasi di dalam klik menyebar
keluar.

The process diffusion of innovation development in Indonesia is still use
group’s approach to the dissemination of the footing to the community. These
groups coordinated by the Government through the Social Department in the form
of KUBE (the joint venture). In the dissemination of innovations bring up network
KUBE communication between its members so that the process of adoption of
inovasi could be accepted by the community. Network communication between
members in the KUBE featured certain patterns or structures in accordance with
the existing community conditions in the area to adopt the latest innovations. Like
the structure of the circle, wheels, a chain, Y, and all the channels. The method
used in the analysis of this research is a method of analysis of communication
network . Informant electoral is the census techniques. The data used questioner
technique with sosiometrik question, checklist on the list, and a little guidelines
interview and observations of respondents in KUBE Saribumi at Bojong Village
Sub-district Mrebet Purbalingga Regency.
Results of this study concluded pattern or structure of the communication
network between the members of the group that formed in the process of
innovation diffusion of sugar ants in Business Groups (KUBE) Saribumi in
Bojong village district. Mrebet Kab. Purbalingga is open to the radial system and
structure of all the channels where there are 5 clicks in the communication
network, between clicks one another continuously connected. Communication
network formed also has a high density, high cohesiveness among the members as
well as and high communication options. From the research it can be concluded
that the pattern of open communication network interactions between members of
the group that formed in the process of innovation diffusion of sugar ants in
Business Groups (KUBE) Saribumi in Bojong village Sub-district Mrebet .
Purbalingga Regency make the process of information dissemination and
application of more effective innovation. Roles that are formed from the
communication network structure also affects the movement of the network so
that every opinion leader can influence each other without any members related to
their own clique. This causes the movement that opens click on the information in
the spread out.
