Pengaruh Occupational Self-Efficacy Terhadap Job Performance Dimoderasi Oleh Tiga Dimensi Job Crafting

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Occupational Self-Efficacy (OSE) terhadap Job Performance dengan moderasi tiga dimensi Job Crafting (task, cognitive, dan relational) pada guru Madrasah Aliyah di Purwokerto. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis SEM-PLS terhadap 141 responden, hasil menunjukkan OSE berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja. Task crafting tidak memoderasi hubungan ini, sementara cognitive dan relational crafting berperan positif sebagai moderator. Temuan menekankan pentingnya dukungan psikologis dan sosial serta strategi job crafting yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru berbasis self-efficacy

This research examines the influence of Occupational Self-Efficacy (OSE) on Job Performance, moderated by three dimensions of Job Crafting (task, cognitive, and relational), among Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Purwokerto. Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis on 141 respondents, the results indicate that OSE has a significant positive effect on job performance. Task crafting does not moderate this relationship, while cognitive and relational crafting positively moderate it. The findings emphasize the importance of psychological and social support, as well as appropriate job crafting strategies, to enhance teacher performance based on self-efficacy.
