PENGARUH PERBEDAAN LEVEL PUPUK KANDANG DAN NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN PRODUKSI BAHAN KERING RUMPUT PAKCHONG PADA LAHAN PASCATAMBANG KAPUR

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Perbedaan Level Pupuk Kandang dan NPK terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Bahan Kering Rumput Pakchong pada Lahan Pascatambang Kapur. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan level pupuk kandang dan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan produksi bahan kering Rumput Pakchong (Pennisetum purpureum cv Thailand) pada lahan pascatambang kapur. Materi. Materi pada penelitian berupa Rumput Pakchong, pupuk kandang feses sapi potong, pupuk NPK Yaramila UNIK 16:16:16. Lahan penanaman berupa lahan reklamasi pascatambang kapur PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari Kecamatan Ajibarang, Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan luasan petak 3 x 4 m dan jarak tanam 75 x 100 cm. Metode. Metode pada penelitian berupa metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 kelompok dengan total 36 unit percobaan. Faktor pertama berupa pemberian pupuk kandang (K) 0, 5 dan 10 ton/ha/pemotongan sementara faktor kedua berupa pemberian pupuk NPK (N) 0, 100, 200 dan 300 kg/ha/pemotongan. Hasil. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara pemberian pupuk kandang dan NPK (P<0,01) terhadap tinggi tanaman dan produksi bahan kering Rumput Pakchong, namun pertumbuhan diameter batang tidak menunjukkan adanya interaksi (P>0,05). Hasil rata-rata tertinggi pada parameter tinggi tanaman didapatkan hasil sebesar 198.17±9,10 pada perlakuan K2N3, diameter batang sebesar 19.94±3,95 mm pada perlakuan K2N3, serta produksi bahan kering seberat 5,03 ± 0,67 ton/ha pada perlakuan K2N3. Simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan pupuk kandang dengan NPK pada pertumbuhan diameter batang namun, terdapat interaksi pada pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman dan produksi bahan kering Rumput Pakchong. Penambahan Pupuk kandang dan NPK dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan produksi bahan kering Rumput Pakchong pada lahan pascatambang kapur.

Research entitled The Effect of Different Levels of Manure and NPK on the Growth and Dry Matter Production of Pakchong Grass on Post-Lime Mining Land. Research objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of different levels of manure and NPK on the growth of plant height, stem diameter, and dry matter production of Pakchong Grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv Thailand) on post-lime mining land. Material. The material in the study was Pakchong Grass, cattle feces manure, YaramilaUNIK 16:16:16 NPK fertilizer. The planting land was a post-lime mining reclamation land of PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari, Ajibarang District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province with a plot area of 3 x 4 m and a planting distance of 75 x 100 cm. Method. The method in the research was an experimental method with a 3 x 4 factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) within 3 groups with a total of 36 experimental units. The first factor was the application of manure (K) of 0, 5, and 10 tons/ha/cutting while the second factor was the application of NPK fertilizer (N) of 0, 100, 200, and 300 kg/ha/cutting. Results. The results of the analysis of variance showed that there was an interaction between the application of manure and NPK (P<0.01) on plant height and dry matter production of Pakchong Grass, but the growth of stem diameter did not show any interaction (P>0.05). The highest average results on plant height parameters were obtained at 198.17±9.10 in the K2N3 treatment, stem diameter at 19.94±3.95 mm in the K2N3 treatment, and dry matter production at 5.03±0.67 tons/ha in the K2N3 treatment. Conclusion. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that there was no interaction between the use of manure and NPK on stem diameter growth, however, there was an interaction on plant height growth and dry matter production of Pakchong Grass. The addition of manure and NPK can increase plant height, stem diameter, and dry matter production of Pakchong Grass on post-lime mining land.
