Kajian ini menganalisis dinamika curah hujan ekstrem di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) menggunakan model Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) non-stasioner, berdasarkan data proyeksi iklim IPCC-AR6 (SSP126, SSP245, SSP370, SSP585). Dengan mempertimbangkan perubahan parameter distribusi seiring waktu, model ini merepresentasikan tren curah hujan ekstrem akibat perubahan iklim. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa parameter lokasi GEV meningkat signifikan pada skenario emisi tinggi, mengindikasikan peningkatan frekuensi dan intensitas hujan ekstrem. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi informasi iklim dalam perencanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan di IKN.

This study evaluates the dynamics of extreme rainfall in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) area using a non-stationary Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) analysis approach. The data utilized are sourced from the IPCC-AR6 (Sixth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) satellite projections, covering several climate change scenarios (SSP126, SSP245, SSP370, and SSP585). By accounting for the non-stationarity of distribution parameters, this study is able to represent projected changes in extreme rainfall patterns due to climate change. The non-stationary GEV model is employed to capture the variation in extreme value parameters influenced by time, thereby reflecting dynamic climate trends. The results indicate that the GEV location parameter exhibits a significant increasing trend under high emission scenarios, signaling a potential increase in the frequency and intensity of extreme rainfall events in the future. These findings highlight the importance of integrating climate information into sustainable development and planning in IKN as an adaptive response to changing extreme weather patterns in the era of global climate change.
