HUBUNGAN ANTARA RASIO NEUTROFIL-LIMFOSIT TERHADAP KEJADIAN METASTASIS INTRAPERITONEAL PADA KARSINOMA MUSINOSUM OVARI DI RSUD PROF. DR MARGONO SOEKARJO TAHUN 2017-2020

Latar Belakang: Kanker ovarium merupakan salah satu keganasan pada wanita yang paling sering dan mematikan. Angka kejadian kanker ovarium di Indonesia mencapai 14.896 kasus dan menempati urutan ketiga penyebab kematian terbanyak akibat kanker pada wanita di Indonesia. Lebih dari 75% pasien kanker ovarium terdiagnosis pada stadium lanjut. Respon inflamasi sistemik diketahui berperan dalam meningkatkan peluang metastasis kanker ovarium. Rasio neutrofil-limfosit (NLR), suatu prediktor status inflamasi, telah terbukti menjadi penanda prognostik yang efektif pada sebagian keganasan, termasuk keganasan ovarium. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara rasio neutrofil-limfosit terhadap kejadian metastasis intraperitoneal pada karsinoma musinosum ovari di RSUD Prof Dr. Margono Soekarjo Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 43 pasien dengan karsinoma musinosum ovari yang diambil data neutrofil dan limfosit preoperasi pertama melalui instalasi rekam medis dengan menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dari tahun 2017-2020. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji chi-square Hasil: Dari 43 subjek, didapatkan rerata usia pasien adalah 51 tahun. Analisis hubungan antara NLR dengan metastasis intraperitoneal menunjukan secara statistik (CI:0.22-9.12,p = 0,000; p ≤ 0,05). Kesimpulan:Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara NLR dengan metastasis intraperitoneal di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo.

Background : Ovarian cancer is one of the most common and deadly malignancies in women. The incidence of ovarian cancer in Indonesia reaches14.896 case and ranks the third leading cause of cancer death in women in Indonesia. More than 75% of ovarian cancer patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Systemic inflammatory responses are known as a role play in increasing the metastases ovarian cancer. The neutrophillymphocyte ratio (NLR), a predictor of inflammatory status, has been shown to be an effective prognostic marker for most malignancies, including ovarian malignancy. Aim : To understand the correlation between neutrophils-lymphocytes ratio (NLR) with the metastases intraperitoneal of mucinous ovarian cancer patients in RSUD Prof Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Methods: This study uses observational analytic method with cross-sectional study. The subjects of this study were 43 patients with mucinous ovary cancer which data neutrophil and lymphocytes pre one surgery. The data source comes from secondary data taken from the medical record installation in the period 2017-2020 using consecutive sampling technique. Results: The result among 43 subjects, the mean age of the patients was 51. Analysis of the correlation between NLR with metastases intraperitoneal showed that statistically (CI:0.22- 9.12,p = 0,000; p ≤ 0,05).
