HUBUNGAN RIWAYAT PERTAMBAHAN BB, KEK, DAN ANC SELAMA HAMIL TERHADAP BBLR DI PUSKESMAS KEMBARAN I
Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Background: The prevalence of low birth weight (LBW) in Central Java was 6.4% and in Kembaran I Health Center was 11.7%. LBW is a nutritional problem because the target achievement in 2025 is 2.5%. The incidence of LBW is multifactorial, such as weight gain during pregnancy, CED, and ANC visits. This study aims to determine the relationship of weight gain history, CED, and ANC during pregnancy to LBW in Kembaran I Health Center. Methodology: Quantitative research with retrospective cohort design. The total sample was 40 mothers with LBW by considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were obtained in the form of maternal age during pregnancy, pre-pregnancy BMI, parity, pregnancy distance, baby's birth order, and baby's gender. The data was obtained through a cohort with the help of the MCH book. The results were analyzed with the Chi-Square test. Results: There was a relationship between weight gain and LBW (p = 0.011; RR = 2.714), there was no relationship between CED history and LBW (p = 0.479), and there was a relationship between ANC history and LBW (p = 0.001; RR = 3.115). Conclusion: There is a significant association between the history of weight gain and ANC during pregnancy with LBW. Keywords: ANC, LBW, CED, weight gain
