Keragaman Nematoda Parasit pada Tanaman Padi di Banyumas

Nematoda merupakan salah satu hama yang mengganggu proses fisiologistanaman padi. Keragaman dan kelimpahan populasi nematoda dipengaruhi olehberbagai faktor, seperti ketinggian tempat, kelembapan, dan pH tanah. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman dan kelimpahan nematoda parasit tanaman padaagroekosistem padi di Banyumas, serta mengetahui pengaruh ketinggian tempatterhadap keragaman dan kelimpahan populasi nematoda. Penelitian ini disusunmenggunakan metode survei, dan sampel diambil dengan metode purposive stratifiedrandom sampling yang didasarkan pada strata ketinggian tempat meliputi 0-100mdpl, >100-200 mdpl, dan >200-300 mdpl. Data populasi nematoda dianalisismenggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Keragaman nematoda dianalisis denganmenggunakan indeks keragaman Shannon-Weiner (H’), indeks kemerataan Evenness(E), dan indeks dominansi Simpson’s (D). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwakeragaman genus nematoda parasit yang ditemukan pada pertanaman padi di Banyumasmeliputi Hirschmanniella, Helicotylenchus, Meloidogyne, Tylenchus, Tylenchorhynchus, Ditylenchus, dan Criconomoides. Populasi tertinggi terdapat padaKecamatan Banyumas dengan 3107,78 nematoda/2 g akar dan 1628,89 nematoda/100 gtanah. Berdasarkan perhitungan Indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Weiner (H’), keragaman nematoda parasit tanaman padi di Banyumas dikategorikan rendah hinggasedang, dan nilai indeks kemerataan menunjukkan rendah sampai dengan tinggi. Genusyang paling dominan berasal dari genus Hirschmanniella dan Helicotylenchus. Keragaman dan kelimpahan nematoda parasit pada tanaman padi di Banyumas tidakdipengaruhi oleh ketinggian tempat.

Nematodes are one of the pests that disrupt the physiological processes of riceplants. The diversity and abundance of nematode populations is influenced by variousfactors, such as altitude, humidity and soil pH. This research aims to determine thediversity and abundance of plant parasitic nematodes in the rice agroecosystem inBanyumas, as well as determine the ef ect of altitude on the diversity and abundance ofnematode populations. This research was structured using a survey method, andsamples were taken using a purposive stratified random sampling method which wasbased on altitude strata including 0-100 masl, >100-200 masl, and >200-300 masl.1Nematode population data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Nematodediversity was analyzed using the Shannon-Weiner diversity index (H'), Evennessevenness index (E), and Simpson's dominance index (D). The research results show thatthe diversity of parasitic nematode genera found in rice plantations in Banyumasincludes Hirschmanniella, Helicotylenchus, Meloidogyne, Tylenchus, Tylenchorhynchus, Ditylenchus, and Criconomoides. The highest population was in Banyumas District with3107.78 nematodes/2 g roots and 1628.89 nematodes/100 g soil. Based on thecalculation of the Shannon-Weiner diversity index (H'), the diversity of rice plantparasitic nematodes in Banyumas is categorized as low to medium, and the evennessindex value shows low to high. The most dominant genera come from the generaHirschmanniella and Helicotylenchus. The diversity and abundance of parasiticnematodes in rice plants in Banyumas is not influenced by altitude.
