Skripsi ini menganalisis “Efektivitas Rezim ASEAN Convention on Counter Terrorism dalam Penanganan Kasus Terorisme di Asia Tenggara Tahun 2019-2024”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis rezim ACCT yang merupakan instrumen hukum internasional yang diadopsi oleh negara-negara anggota ASEAN, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama regional dalam upaya pemberantasan terorisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, menganalisis implementasi ACCT dalam beberapa negara anggota ASEAN yang terdampak terorisme. 
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam hal koordinasi antar negara anggota dan variasi kapasitas institusi di masing-masing negara, rezim ini telah terbukti efektif dalam memperkuat kerjasama regional dalam menghadapi ancaman terorisme berdasarkan Teori Efektivitas Rezim Arild Underdal. Teori ini menilai keefektivitasan rezim melalui 3 variabel yakni variabel dependen, independen dan intervening. Beberapa bentuk tantangan dan hambatan yang terjadi selama proses implementasi diantaranya yaitu adanya prinsip ASEAN Way, tantangan dalam proses yang lambat, dampak konkret yang masih tergolong lemah, hingga kepada prioritas permasalahan dan kepentingan dalam negeri yang berbeda. Efektif atau tidaknya rezim ini juga dapat terlihat dari proses implementasi mekanisme pemantauan, pertukaran informasi, serta peningkatan kapasitas aparat keamanan di tingkat nasional dan regional yang menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan ACCT.

This thesis analyzes "The Effectiveness of the ASEAN Convention on Counter Terrorism Regime in Handling Terrorism Cases in Southeast Asia in 2019-2024". This study aims to analyze the ACCT regime which is an international legal instrument adopted by ASEAN member countries, aiming to improve regional cooperation in efforts to eradicate terrorism. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, analyzing the implementation of ACCT in several ASEAN member countries affected by terrorism. 
The results of the study show that although there are challenges in terms of coordination between member countries and variations in institutional capacity in each country, this regime has proven effective in strengthening regional cooperation in dealing with the threat of terrorism based on Arild Underdal's Regime Effectiveness Theory. This theory assesses the effectiveness of the regime through 3 variables, namely dependent, independent and intervening variables. Some forms of challenges and obstacles that occur during the implementation process include the existence of the ASEAN Way principle, challenges in the slow process, concrete impacts that are still relatively weak, to the priority of different domestic problems and interests. The effectiveness of this regime can also be seen from the process of implementing monitoring mechanisms, information exchange, and increasing the capacity of security forces at the national and regional levels which are the main factors in the success of ACCT.
