Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis atau memperoleh pemahaman mengenai tingkat kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap prinsip moral dalam Kode Etik Keperawatan serta pengaruh faktor kedisiplinan kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan masa kerja terhadap kepatuhan hukum perawat pada prinsip moral dalam Kode Etik Keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cilacap. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitin ini mengambil lokasi di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cilacap dengan responden sebanyak 74 perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Cilacap. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis dan sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode angket, kepustakaan, dan dokumenter. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode editing, coding, dan tabulasi serta dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi, dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap prinsip moral dalam Kode Etik Keperawatan adalah tinggi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan 3 (tiga) indikator meliputi tingginya tingkat kepatuhan hukum terhadap prinsip moral advokasi, tingginya tingkat kepatuhan hukum terhadap prinsip moral akuntabilitas, dan tingginya tingkat kepatuhan hukum terhadap prinsip moral loyalitas. Faktor kedisiplinan kerja dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh secara positif terhadap tingkat kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap prinsip moral dalam Kode Etik Keperawatan, namun untuk faktor masa kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap prinsip moral dalam Kode Etik Keperawatan. Artinya semakin tinggi kedisiplinan kerja, semakin baik fasilitas kerja maka semakin tinggi kepatuhan hukum perawat terhadap prinsip moral dalam Kode Etik Keperawatan.

This research aims to analyze or gain an understanding of the level of legal compliance of nurses with moral principles in the Nursing Code of Ethics, as well as the influence of work discipline, work facilities, and length of service on nurses' legal compliance with moral principles in the Nursing Code of Ethics at the Cilacap Regional General Hospital. This research adopts a quantitative research method with a juridical-sociological approach and descriptive research specification. The research was conducted at the Cilacap Regional General Hospital, with 74 nurses working at the hospital as respondents. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. The types and sources of data include primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires, literature review, and documentary methods. Data processing was conducted using editing, coding, and tabulation methods, and analyzed with frequency distribution analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, content analysis, and comparative analysis. The results of the study show that the level of legal compliance of nurses with moral principles in the Nursing Code of Ethics is high. This is evident in three indicators, including the high level of legal compliance with the moral principle of advocacy, the high level of legal compliance with the moral principle of accountability, and the high level of legal compliance with the moral principle of loyalty. The factors of work discipline and work facilities have a positive influence on the level of nurses' legal compliance with moral principles in the Nursing Code of Ethics, while the factor of length of service does not affect the level of nurses' legal compliance with moral principles in the Nursing Code of Ethics. This means that the higher the work discipline and the better the work facilities, the higher the nurses' legal compliance with moral principles in the Nursing Code of Ethics.
