SAMSAT Keliling dirancang untuk kemudahan pembayaran PKB, mengurangi antrian di SAMSAT Induk, serta peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Pada pelaksanaannya, Program SAMSAT Keliling telah berkembang dengan baik dengan pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan mampu mempermudah masyarakat dalam pembayaran PKB. SAMSAT Keliling dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat akan perlunya kemudahan akses untuk membayar pajak kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan program SAMSAT Keliling dalam peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Banyumas.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian efektivitas pelayanan SAMSAT Keliling dalam peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraaan bermotor di Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu: 1) aspek keberhasilan program, pada tahap ini UPPD Kabupaten Banyumas telah melayani wajib pajak dengan tepat waktu, dan pelayanan pembayaran PKB dilakukan dengan proses yang cepat dan efisien; 2) aspek keberhasilan sasaran, menunjukkan sasaran yang tepat dengan layanan pada daerah membutuhkan layanan SAMSAT Keliling; 3) aspek kepuasan terhadap program, menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi dari masyarakat terkait dengan adanya program SAMSAT Keliling; 4) aspek tingkat input dan output, menunjukan besarnya output yang diterima lebih besar daripada input dari adanya SAMSAT Keliling yang dikatakan bahwa program ini telah efektif; 5) Aspek pencapaian tujuan menyeluruh, dari tujuan awal yang ingin dicapai sudah memenuhi target mulai dari kemudahan dalam pembayaran PKB.

Mobile SAMSAT is designed to facilitate PKB payments, reduce queues at the Main SAMSAT, and increase taxpayer compliance. In its implementation, the Mobile SAMSAT Program has developed well with the achievement of the objectives that have been set to facilitate the community in paying PKB. Mobile SAMSAT can meet the needs of the community for easy access to pay vehicle taxes. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Mobile SAMSAT program service in increasing compliance with motor vehicle taxpayers in Banyumas Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study on the effectiveness of the Mobile SAMSAT service in increasing compliance with motor vehicle taxpayers in Banyumas Regency are: 1) aspects of program success, at this stage the Banyumas Regency UPPD has served taxpayers on time, and PKB payment services are carried out with a fast and efficient process; 2) aspects of target success, showing the right target with services in areas requiring Mobile SAMSAT services; 3) aspects of satisfaction with the program, showing a high level of satisfaction from the community regarding the Mobile SAMSAT program; 4) aspects of input and output levels, showing that the amount of output received is greater than the input from the existence of Mobile SAMSAT which states that this program has been effective; 5) Aspects of achieving overall goals, from the initial goals to be achieved have met the target starting from the ease of paying PKB.
