Respon Fisiologi Tanaman Lobak Putih (Raphanus sativus L.) terhadap Pemberian Pupuk Organik Padat Dan Cair Kotoran Kelinci

Produksi lobak putih mengalami fluktuasi beberapa tahun terakhir. Peningkatan produksi tanaman dapat dilakukan dengan menambah bahan organik ke dalam tanah melalui pemberian pupuk organik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik padat dan cair kotoran keinci terhadap fisiologi tanaman lobak putih. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Banjarsari Wetan dengan rancangan percobaan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor. Faktor pertama, dosis pupuk organik padat ( 0, 10, dan 20 ton/ha ). Faktor kedua, konsentrasi pupuk organik cair ( 0, 200, 400 mL/L). Variabel yang diamati meliputi lebar bukaan stomata, kerapatan stomata, kehijauan daun, kadar klorofil, indeks luas daun, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, laju asimilasi bersih, bobot segar dan kering tanaman, serta bobot segar dan kering umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk organik padat berpengaruh nyata pada variabel kerapatan stomata, kehijauan daun, kadar klorofil a, b dan total, indeks luas daun, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar dan kering umbi. Pemberian pupuk organik cair kotoran kelinci berpengaruh nyata terhadap veriabel lebar bukaan stomata, kehijauan daun, kadar klorofil a,b dan total, laju asimilasi bersih, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, bobot segar dan kering tanaman, serta bobot segar dan kering umbi. Interaksi antara kedua perlakuan berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel laju asimiasi bersih dan laju pertumbuhan tanaman.

White radish production has fluctuated in recent years. Increasing crop production can be done by adding organic matter to the soil through the application of organic fertilizers. The study aimed to determine the effect of solid and liquid organic fertilizer of rabbit manure on the physiology of white radish plants. The research was conducted in Banjarsari Wetan Village with the experimental design of Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 2 factors. The first factor, the dose of solid organic fertilizer (0, 10, and 20 tons/ha). The second factor, concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (0, 200, 400 mL/L). Variables observed included stomatal opening width, stomatal density, leaf greenness, chlorophyll content, leaf area index, plant growth rate, net assimilation rate, plant fresh and dry weights, and tuber fresh and dry weights. The results showed that the application of solid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the variables of stomatal density, leaf greenness, chlorophyll a, b and total levels, leaf area index, plant growth rate, plant dry weight, fresh and dry weight of tubers. The application of rabbit manure liquid organic fertilizer has a significant effect on the variables of stomatal opening width, leaf greenness, chlorophyll a, b and total levels, net assimilation rate, plant growth rate, plant fresh and dry weights, and fresh and dry weights of tubers. The interaction between the two treatments significantly affected the variables of net assimilation rate and plant growth rate.
