Latar Belakang : Hipertensi di usia produktif merupakan penyakit tidak menular dengan faktor risiko yang bermacam-macam, penyakit Hipertensi ini merupakan penyakit tidak menular tertinggi di kelurahan Pasir Muncang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap Kejadian Hipertensi pada usia produktif di wilayah Kelurahan Pasir Muncang Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat tahun 2024. Untuk usia produktif yang diteliti ini rentang usianya  berusia 15-59 tahun.

Metodologi : Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik secara retrospektif dengan desain kasus kontrol, penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Oktober hingga bulan Desember 2024. Menggunakan rumus lemeshow yang menghasilkan 116 sampel penelitian. Data yang tidak berdistribusi tidak normal lalu dilanjukan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi-square.  
Hasil Penelitian : Variabel konsumsi rokok (0,000), pola makan (0,005), paparan asap rokok (0,001), kualitas tidur (0,004), aktifitas fisik (0,002), memiliki hubungan yang signikan dengan kejadian hipertensi di Kelurahan Pasir Muncang karena memiliki nilai p-value nya < 0,05.
Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor risiko yang berkaitan dengan  kejadian Hipertensi di Kelurahan Pasir Muncang yaitu konsumsi rokok, pola makan, paparan asap rokok, kualitas tidur, dan aktifitas fisik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada usia produktif di Kelurahan Pasir Muncang. Hipertensi mulai merambah ke usia produktif bukan hanya lansia, stakeholder sendiri bisa membantu masyarakat untuk mencegah hipertensi.

Background : Hypertension in productive age is a non-communicable disease with various risk factors. Hypertension is the highest non-communicable disease in Pasir Muncang sub-district. This study aims to analyze the relationship between risk factors that influence the incidence of hypertension in productive age in the Pasir Muncang subdistrict, Purwokerto Barat subdistrict in 2024. For the productive age group studied, the age range was 15-59 years.
Methods : The research design used in this study was a retrospective analytical observational study with a case control design. The research was conducted in Pasir Muncang Village, Purwokerto Barat subdistrict, Banyumas Regency from October to December 2024. Using the lemeshow formula which resulted in 116 research samples. Data that were not normally distributed were then subjected to univariate and bivariate analysis using chi-square.
Results : The variables cigarette consumption (0.000), diet (0.005), exposure to cigarette smoke (0.001), sleep quality (0.004), physical activity (0.002), have a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in Pasir Muncang Village because they have a p-value. < 0.05.
Conclusion : Risk factors related to the incidence of hypertension in Pasir Muncang Subdistrict, namely cigarette consumption, diet, exposure to cigarette smoke, sleep quality, and physical activity have a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in productive age in Pasir Muncang Subdistrict. Hypertension is starting to spread to the productive age group, not just the elderly, stakeholders themselves can help the community to prevent hypertension.
