Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Smart Governance terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dalam upaya mewujudkan Smart City di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2023. Indikator pengukuran Smart Governance menggunakan variabel Indeks Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), Investasi (PMA dan PMDN), serta Indeks Daya Saing Daerah (IDSD). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model analisis regresi linier berganda data Cross Section. Sebanyak 35 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah menjadi lokasi penelitian ini. 
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Smart Governance melalui Indeks SPBE, Investasi (PMA dan PMDN), serta IDSD mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap PDRB per kapita Atas Dasar Harga Berlaku. Secara parsial, Investasi (PMA dan PMDN) dan IDSD memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan Indeks SPBE berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan secara statistik. 
Temuan ini menekankan bahwa pemerintah dan masyarakat perlu berkolaborasi dalam menciptakan ekosistem Smart Governance yang inklusif dan produktif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan serta melakukan sinergi kebijakan dalam Smart Governance yang memastikan bahwa kebijakan yang diambil saling mendukung dan bekerja secara bersama-sama untuk menciptakan hasil yang maksimal dalam pembangunan ekonomi daerah.

This study aims to determine the effect of Smart Governance on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in an effort to realize Smart City in the Regency / City of Central Java Province in 2023. Smart Governance measurement indicators use the Electronic-Based Government Index (SPBE) variable, Investment (FDI and DCI), and the Regional Competitiveness Index (IDSD). This research uses quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis models of Cross Section data. A total of 35 districts / cities in Central Java Province are the location of this research.
The results of this study indicate that, Smart Governance through the SPBE Index, Investment (FDI and DCI), and IDSD have a significant influence on GRDP per capita at current prices. Partially, Investment (FDI and DCI) and IDSD have a positive and significant effect, while the SPBE Index has a positive effect, but is not statistically significant.
These findings emphasize that the government and society need to collaborate in creating an inclusive and productive Smart Governance ecosystem to encourage sustainable economic growth and synergize policies in Smart Governance that ensure that the policies taken support each other and work together to create maximum results in regional economic development.
