Latar belakang: Proses kesembuhan pasien skizofrenia selepas perawatan memerlukan peran keluarga dalam bentuk penerimaan keluarga terhadap pasien skizofrenia. Bentuk penerimaan keluarga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya faktor pengetahuan keluarga, faktor struktur keluarga, faktor dukungan keluarga, dan faktor status ekonomi keluarga.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan keluarga merawat pasien skizofrenia selepas perawatan dari RSUD Banyumas.
Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan responden berjumlah 64 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling dari jumlah populasi. Analisis statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik Chi-Square dan uji regresi logistic pada taraf kepercayaan 95 %.
Hasil: Hasil uji statistik terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara faktor pengetahuan keluarga dan dukungan keluarga terhadap penerimaan keluarga merawat pasien skizofrenia selepas perawatan dengan nilai p=0,015 dan p=0,003 (α<0,05), tidak ada pengaruh struktur keluarga dan status ekonomi keluarga terhadap penerimaan keluarga merawat pasien skizofrenia selepas perawatan dengan nilai p=0,232 dan p=0,196 (α>0,05). Hasil uji regresi logistic faktor dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi penerimaan keluarga merawat pasien skizofrenia selepas perawatan dengan nilai Exp B= 6,436.
Kesimpulan:  Faktor paling dominan yang memengaruhi penerimaan keluarga merawat pasien skizofrenia selepas perawatan dari RSUD Banyumas adalah faktor dukungan keluarga.

Background : Healing process after the treatment of schizophrenia patients requiring family role in the acceptance of the family with patient schizophrenia. Family acceptance forms are influenced by several factors, including the knowledge factor, the factor structure of the family, family support, and economic status of the family.
Purpose : This research aims to know the factors that influenced the reception of families caring for patients with schizophrenia after hospital treatment from RSUD Banyumas.
Method : This research using observation design with cross sectional approach with the respondents amounted to 64 people. The technique of sampling by using Purposive sampling of the population. Statistical analysis used in this study was a statistical analysis of Chi-Square test and logistic regression on the trust level of 95%.
Result : The results of statistical tests there was significant influence between the factors of the knowledge of the family and family support to families caring for schizophrenia patients admission after treatment with p value = 0,015 and p = 0.003 (α<0,05), there is no influence of family structure and family economic status of family acceptance of treating patients after treatment with schizophrenia value p = 0,232 and p = 0,196 (α<0,05). Logistic regression test results support the family factor is the most dominant factors affecting the acceptance of families caring for patients after treatment of schizophrenia with the value B = 6,436 Exp.
Conclusion : The dominant factors which affect the reception of families caring for patients with schizophrenia after hospital treatment from RSUD Banyumas is a factor family support.
