DISTRIBUSI LONGITUDINAL DAN STRUKTUR POPULASI Rasbora spp. DI SUNGAI BANJARAN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Rasbora merupakan genus ikan air tawar dari familia Cyprinidae. Di Pulau Jawa terdapat tiga spesies Rasbora yaitu, R. aprotaenia, R. argyrotaenia dan R. lateristriata. Rasbora dapat hidup pada perairan tawar yang berarus dan berair jernih dengan dasar berpasir dan batuan kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi longitudinal dari Rasbora spp. berdasarkan kekayaan dan kelimpahan spesies Rasbora spp. yang ditemukan di Sungai Banjaran, struktur populasi Rasbora spp. berdasarkan berat tubuh, panjang standar dan panjang total dan interaksi faktor fisik-kimiawi perairan dengan kekayaan dan kelimpahan Rasbora spp di Sungai Banjaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survai dan sampel diambil secara purposive random sampling. Sungai Banjaran dibagi menjadi 5 stasiun berdasarkan perbedaan topografi dan ketinggian tempat. Komunitas ikan Rasbora meliputi kekayaan spesies dan kelimpahan relatif dianalisis dengan Uji Cluster, distribusi longitudinal dan populasi dianalisa secara deskriptif. Sementara itu, hubungan antara faktor fisik- kimiawi perairan dengan komunitas ikan Rasbora dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Komponen Utama (PCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di sepanjang Sungai Banjaran ditemukan sebanyak 2 spesies ikan Rasbora yaitu Rasbora argyrotaenia sebanyak 80 individu dan Rasbora lateristriata sebanyak 2 individu. R. argyrotaenia terdistribusi longitudinal mulai dari bagian hulu hingga ke hilir, namun R. lateristriata hanya terdapat pada bagian hulu. Berdasarkan berat tubuh populasi R. argyrotaenia pada stasiun 3 didominasi oleh ukuran 1-6 gr dengan jumlah 31 individu. Sementara populasi dominan untuk pengukuran panjang standar ditemukan pada stasiun 3 dengan kisaran 4-5.9 cm sebanyak 31 individu. Populasipanjang total kisaran 5-7.9 cm mendominasi stasiun 3 sebanyak 33 individu. R. lateristriata hanya ditemukan 2 individu dengan berat 9 gr dan 10 gr, panjang standar 7,8 cm dan 8,5 cm, dan panjang total 9,5 dan 10,5 cm. R. argyrotaenia lebih dipengaruhi oleh pH, DO dan temperature air, sementara keberadaan R. lateristriata dipengaruhi faktor fisik perairan dan berkorelasi negatif dengan kecerahan dan kedalaman.

Rasbora is a genus of freshwater fish of the family Cyprinidae. In Java Island there are three species that are R. aprotaenia, R. lateristriata and R. argyrotaenia. Rasbora inhabits running water with and clear water and sandy and gravell bottom. The aims of this study were to determine longitudinal distribution of Rasbora spp. based on species richness and abundance at Banjaran river; population structure of Rasbora spp based on body weight, standard and total length; and interactions among physical-chemical factors with species richness and abundance of Rasbora spp. A survey method and purposive random sampling technique were applied in this research and the study site was divided into five stations based on their altitude and topography. Species richness and relative abundance of Rasbora were analyzed by cluster test, the longitudinal distribution and population structure were presented descriptively. The interaction among physical-chemical factors and species richness and abundance of Rasbora were analysed by Principle Component Analysis (PCA). The result shows that there were two speciesof Rasbora, namely Rasbora argyrotaenia and Rasbora lateristriata with 80 and 2 individuals, respectively. R. argyrotaenia was distributed longitudinally along Banjaran River, meanwhile R. latestriata was only presented at the upstream. Based on body weight of a population of r. argyrotaenia on 3 stations are dominated by the size of 1-6 gr with a total of 31 individuals. While the dominant population to standard length measurements found on 3 stations with a range of 4-5.9 cm in diameter by as much as 30 individuals. Population total leght range from 5-7.9 cm 3 station dominate as much as 33 individuals. R. latestriata only found two individual by weight 9 gr and 10 gr, long standard 7,6 and 8.5 cm, and a total length 9.5 and 10.5 cm. Distribution of R. argyrotaenia was more influenced by pH, temperature, and water DO while the presence of R. lateristriata was influenced by physical factors intensity and depth.
